ohh boy... the rounds of angry/desperate/disgusted and so on users don't seem to stop...
FCers that are slightly irritated with users posting about their bad experiences and/or feedback should show extra tolerance since this is the place that we all light up our vapes and tell our stories... either good or bad ones..
Let's all show some understanding and embrace all stories... Let's also pray to mighty Sativa Lord for the shake of our hoppers to see them fully operating once again without rmas and shit... amen
My story is not a good one either so I'll try not to be negative and pessimistic but... what I've been afraid of has finally come to happen... my unit will have to go in for full inspection, which nevertheless is not something that has to do with my use or sth.. it has to do with the fact that although they've sent me two replacement bodies, none has proved to be fully operational and I'm sure that the latest that got sent to me was a refurbished one and the other one could have been as well..... so although my backend works flawlessly they just want to have my unit fly an overseas journey so that they take a close look at it...
So when I sent them my short video with the latest issue, which was 'sparks' style lights coming off the mouthpiece rig, they suggested to send the hopper in, in full.... So I don't know if I should say F' them or not.. but I certainly don't enjoy all this so far with HL and I really don't know when I'll be holding a functional GH again in my hands.. it may be in several months..
What I'd advise those that don't have a good experience so far is to find another vape that can do the job for you and don't expect a lot from HL.. I know that this not what we should do but on the other hand what else is there to do from wait and hope for the company to get better and maybe deliver as it should at some point....
