I'd love to have you as a customer. No matter what happens you never raise flags. But people paid for than a nickle and dimes for a hopper. Naming them whiny is rude...

Yes, for the pre-orders, they should have known. I did, so theres no excuse.. backers are wholly different. But pre-orders had a whole population subset to learn from, and should have been WELL informed, if not, thats on them.
Would you now, what do you sell? Thats not the position Ive taken, and not the one I generally endorse. However there are valid complaints (QC) which have been covered. complaining about conditions pertaining to exporting goods internationally is not valid, having to ship a broken/poorly assembled product back several times is valid, which leads back to QC. I didnt name anyone whiny, i merely characterized generally statements with no merit coming across as such.
