Ladies and Gentlemen, we finally have an answer to the age old question: "Turn down, for what?"Darker ABV only proves more chlorophyll is being extracted not more actives. Most of which actually vaporize under 350F.

If you can only get one rip off a charged battery, it's not at all comparable to a desktop vaporizer. We're talking muskets vs m16's here. I honestly don't buy into the ultra discrete size thing only to need a bubbler to cool the hits and a 4 pack of batteries to get through a session lol. At this point I think they should have made it bigger and crammed an 18650 in there. 750 mAh is frankly a joke with 3000 mAh 18650 cells. Even my tiny Evic Basic mod has 1500 mAh and puts out 40 watts.
I thought I clearly quoted the part that I didn't personally agree with. Let me do it again:
Also, let me tighten it down a bit. I own and EVO and should restrict my view to that. I have never owned or used an Herbalizer.
If I were making the design trade off decisions, I would have done likewise. Sacrifice a bit of stealth by adding a bit of size and hence remove some of the criticality of the design. But....I didn't. LOLIf you can only get one rip off a charged battery, it's not at all comparable to a desktop vaporizer. We're talking muskets vs m16's here. Actually they did say it was a desktop replacement. I've been following the hopper since it was the ZenPen.
Dense vapor is talked about a lot, I'm personally no longer convinced it's something I want. IME more dense vapor just equals more harsh vapor. Darker ABV only proves more chlorophyll is being extracted not more actives. Most of which actually vaporize under 350F.

If you are talking about the holes at the small positive end of the battery. This is separate from the rest of the body keeping the positive & negative apart so they don't short out. If you pulled the plastic wrapper off you would see how the body ends and the nipple is separate . DO NOT USE A BATTERY WITHOUT THE WRAPPER because if you do you will find out those holes are to allow the battery to vent spewing hot gases and chemicals out ruining the battery and possibly you or your device. You may have seen some e-cig explodes videos those are usually beyond venting and are a thermal runaway. Venting or thermal runaway is usually caused by using or carrying a battery with a damaged wrapper or putting it in a pocket with keys or coins. To everyone don't carry your batteries without protection a case or even a rubber/silicone cap that you put on the small/positive end. MFLB uses caps (too big for GH batteries) even though their batteries are a much safer chemistry. Now that I have done my public duty I am going out to try my Hopper for the first time. I think I would like some UK Cheese. Later.Curious why there are holes in GHB2 batts?
CANNABIS.....Cluster Headache...Re-New..Mission. Good to-Go!!
Exactly. I get more than two chambers on my 3 month old GHB2s without exception.I get 2 chambers per battery before swapping for a fresh one. I don't even wait for the dead battery light.
You may have mentioned it here before, but do you own a Hopper? Have you used one? Through a water tool?
Personally, hitting through a water tool is amazing. For me it's all about the density of the vapor. Completely white due to the high pressure the water tool creates; plus the cooling.
It also allows me to use all of my compatible pieces and go on "smoking" only substituting this vape for a lighter.
Has anyone experienced the brief flashing of a Red, or of red/blue flicker while screwing down the backend (as in, the installation of a new battery)?
This has been consistently happening with the grey Ti I have which I still believe (make that "KNOW") is under-performing in spite of GHL saying otherwise.
Anyone? Thanks!
Is that a fact? Darker ABV means more chlorophyll?

The most powerful desktops can't make a minute of dense vapour stream using 0.15g of material, and if they can they are only matching the hopper.
Put 0.3g in 2 hoppers, and everything becomes completely redundant.
Hey @JoeMama - I've had the brief red flashing, but more commonly a brief gh "singing". Could never figure it out, and both have stopped now.Has anyone experienced the brief flashing of a Red, or of red/blue flicker while screwing down the backend (as in, the installation of a new battery)?

That's quite good to know; I've often wondered how dark it "needs" to get to be able to know you've extracted the CBD elements that live at the upper end of the temperature spectrum. I vacillate between being pissed off that I'm wasting herb, and wishing I hadn't inhaled that last "dirty tasting" hit.
I'll give you my 2 cents once I get my GrasshopperSo since you've outlined it so clearly for me twice, would you care to elaborate further on why? Especially since I took the time to give my reasons (airflow)? Even though I didn't think your response was very friendly, I really honestly am looking for your feedback as i'm presently testing an EVO.
What exactly can the EVO do that the GH cannot? From a water conditioned hit perspective...
Did you see my insta video? I ripped through 0.3 in 30 seconds with two hops. It only cost me 3 hours of functionI still think that the GH can exceed the most powerful desktops in very meaningful ways. The EVO can rip through .3g, and do it faster than the GH, however IMO the vapour isn't as densely thick nor as comfortable to take in.

There is no digital read out, only an analog dial right?
Similar to the hopper, but not calibrated to an indicated spectrum. (or is 12 o'clock a known temp?)
The cloud my hopper just gave me during my lengthy 150°-170°C variable low temp hit was crazy.
I'd bet there is no other vape on the market that could match that
Keen to see what they come up with next. Anything portable from them I'd be especially interested in.Right, although there is a strong rumour about a version 2 EVO around the corner that is in fact "digital".
From a quick google search, so not "official" but does jive with my experiences:
This the shit we want, this the shit we needThis is the shit i'm talking about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A hopper by itself truly is finicky, but I still would recommend it as an only vape for any cannabis enthusiast.
Keep in mind efficiency when you are comparing the two.....
