Negative, I remember Davinci when they were first introduced, and I still have a bad taste in my mouth from that so try to keep my VAS under control, and the GH seems to have no problem doing that.
Ever since I switched over to convection exclusively (GH) I have noticed massive improvements in my health. I used to use hybrid vapes (Mighty, Solo (guess it's more conduction) and now that i'm GH only, i've noticed things such as: bags under my eyes greatly improved, sleep improved, night sweats gone, feel so much better, use way less material and less often, the list goes on and on but i'm very happy with the way my vaping hobby is now with the GH as my tool. IMO only, I feel that there are more "nasties" in conductive vapour, not similar to combustion, but there is way more pyrolysis I think with conduction than convection.
Interestingly enough, not all convective vapes are the same, and the GH actually does not irritate my lungs as much as some others. Even on max temp 210c, the GH is super smooth to me. The Mighty was not the case at 210c, it would cause me to cough, although perhaps it was due to the larger bowl.
My SS OG hopper continues to shine....however i'm definitely noticing the 2nd click phenomena. So either the SS GH has "changed" otherwise it's forsure my batteries. It's SO weird. I don't have to touch anything, except just do the 2nd click, and it's BOOM game on. Still experimenting with the batteries and have 10 GHB2's lined up in my cart for when they return my GH's.
I can't wait until these things go viral and this thread can really pickup with some actual user feedback. Like the heat treated GH's, that's great feedback to let the community know that they don't look like their advertisement for them.
Cool insight, cheers for that
I was just asking because I've read that it'd be hard to do a conduction vape better than the IQ, and as I don't really have much experience (MFLB, Pax 1 / 2, Mighty, EQ) with conduction vapes, I figured this would be a good option to baseline conduction opinions on, as it differs from the GH so greatly (it makes some sense to have both over other pairs like FF2/GH)
But, what you've said about conduction vapes, incl. hybrid devices (eg. Mighty) takes a different direction.
It's quite interesting, and lessens my interest in other options further still.
The second-click thing you're having does sound like bad batteries could be the culprit, but you'd have a decent battery amongst the mix, surely?
My friends hopper is showing a bizarre light pattern (though it still works well) where the blue light strobes after it has turned on to indicate temp. It does it mostly, occasionally it behaves totally normally.
It got me thinking, the hopper is somewhat complex, and has a lot of potential for fault. The fact that faults can generally be isolated to few components in the majority of cases is indication of decent (consistent) production.
Owning a flawless unit gives me hope that they'll be on top of these issues again soon.
As word gets out, more momentum builds. General consensus seems to be that it's still a risky purchase, hopefully the mass shipments going out will change those views.
We'll see

The random dude 69 posted some
pics of the HT GH
FWIW; I've yet to see a photo of a hopper that looks as good as it does to the naked eye,
The HT GH are custom and unique, you select the serial relative to a pic. Some are more rainbow-y than others.
TRD69 is pretty happy with his, if I was buying now I'd get one.
I prefer my colour to my plain too, but I like the practicality of cleaning plain metal
