No it's not your bad at all. It was mine, I wrote carelessly.
I am still disappointed this has happened. I kind of find it hard to believe they would hire an employee for social media interaction and not go over the right/wrong things to say. Their actions make me question anything coming form the company.
That has to be someone else. Either that, or the former employee is drunk and pissed.

I'm not trying to defend them, and I could be wrong, but how else does it make sense that the post is made today and ends with "Shill? what is that?" I don't know of course, the whole thing is just bizarre either way.
Marketing nowadays can be a nasty business, and to some, it is easier to resort to sneaky strategies.
Apparently Vaporfection didn't learn from what happened at Tokecity and decided to expand its operation elsewhere..
I can't understand is why some people still don't trully think they did that.. they even done it in other forums.
And the only two posts i read from allison, what i really read was "im a shill, im a shill, im a shill and im really so excited that i cant help myself", especially when she plastered the vivape review in a thread about strains. At least get inteligent people to do the shilling..

ive been following this site for a little while especially regarding the scarce updates on the mivape, but i have to say, as someone that used to constantly promote the vv to friends, the surprising turn of events in this situation has me worried that i may have put my trust in the wrong company. it speak volumes about their leadership that they would risk being exposed jjust to make a few company friendly posts on here. very disappointing and, maybe naively on my part, unexpected.

Shills suck. If you can't defend your product yourself, and feel the need to make fake accounts to help improve the image of your product, then you suck. I don't support businesses who engage in shitty practices.
Even if they come on-line later and apologise....which they seemingly have done here and I missed it as it looks to me like the mods deleted it.
All this too, after doing the exact same thing years ago on tokeitup (I think was the link above)...so, to me anyway shows that they never learned the first time around for shilling...and thought they could do it here.
I liked their products too...and seriously looked at their ViVape2 prior to purchasing my EQ, but thought it was a lot of cash for my 2nd vape...but really, 1st proper vape as my first was a Vapureyes....so the VV2 was still on my radar as a potential future purchase and I was seriously considering the MiVape as a 1st portable vape....shame, but now their at the bottom of the bucket.
I suppose that's where bullshitting gets ya...nobody wants to hang out with a bullshitter, you never know where you are.
"Honesty builds integrity and integrity builds sales and sales make rich men"...which maybe Vaporfection will never reach unless they learn the rule...."Respect your Customers".
Considering my history with this kind of stuff, I personally feel offended that I missed out on this shill-o-drama !!!

The shitty thing about that apology, and the reason we didn't leave it up, is because they created yet another account to post that. Using duplicate accounts is against the rules and is how people shill to begin with. Instead of approaching vtac or any of the mods to fix things and ask for a final post, they just created yet another duplicate account and went ahead and posted. They just keep following up bad decisions with more bad decisions.
Also it does not hold much weight for me... considering they have been caught shilling around in other forums BEFORE they got caught here.
Well sticks, it looks like they DID find another way to get that apology back up. (Oooops, did I say that? Sorry......my bad. I just can't help but fall back into my old habits. )

For what it's worth, I think the moderators and admins of this site have made the right call, not only about removing the original shill but also removing the apology--or, "apology." Sometimes in the past I have worried that things can get a little cozy our here when manufacturers have a strong presence. (I understand the advantage of having them here, but I don't always want them participating in threads that contain reviews and critiques.) But at least those manufacturers don't mask their identity. By acting quickly, those who run this forum have worked hard to preserve the integrity of this site. So: thanks.
Since I'm writing, I'll repeat what others have said: I guess I'm not entirely surprised that they violated a basic business ethic out here, but I am surprised by how clumsy their attempt was.
I agree with you Doc! It is surprising that they would try it again especially after getting caught on a different forum.
Pretty sure it was two "different" companies doing the shilling. I believe the "old" previvape vaporfection did the shilling on tokecity , went out of businees or bankrupt, or just lost money and sold the company to Herb who is the new owner nd apparently did not learn from his predecessors. Shame on vaporfection. Got a year and a half left of warranty on my vivape and after that if it breaks ill happily buy a different product
I just went to Vaporfection's website to see about an update on the miVape. It appears the website is down. I hope you, me, and other viVape owners aren't left hanging. Hopefully they're merely updating the website with new information, but from what I can tell it's unlikely.
I've emailed Dan at Vaporfection for an update.
That is scary vapinghole. I hope it works out for you. Between this and what happened with another vape I am glad I don't pre-order and now will never even if I have the urge. Pre-ordering anything is very stressful cause you are in the manufactures hands and anything can happen.
Thanks Dreamerr. I knew the risk I was taking, but that doesn't mean it won't sting if they shaft me and other pre-orderers. I'll keep y'all posted.
I was looking online and found a website called 'gust,' which is an online venue to pitch businesses folks could buy or invest in. Guess who I found a very recent entry from? Yes, Vaporfection. They had a one-line pitch explaining the business. It appears they're no longer solvent. That would also mean they've absconded funds given for miVape pre-orders.

This situation really sucks! I don't know what would happen if Vaporfection were'nt able to refund us all the pre-orderers. I now regret having pre-ordered the mV. The thanksgiving sale was too good to pass up but now it seems that Vaporfection had an agenda...
EDIT: I wrote to Dan at Vaporfection to ask a refund for my mV pre-order and he told me that the company have some changes recently and that the web site is been updated and should be back on line soon. His words were kinda reassuring but i asked for a full refund anyway...
