That sucks vapinghole. I hope your cc company can refund you some how even though the days are over. Maybe there is some caveat for items never delivered.

When did you placed you pre-order Vapinghole? I placed mine last november and my cc company made the refund so easy i could'nt believe it! Maybe some banks/cc have a time slot where a card holder can cancel a transaction?

It was the first time ever that i've placed a pre-order for an electronic device. I also pre-ordered the INH004 XP and that one was also delayed. I will never place a pre-order for an electronic device...

I think that maybe if you say non delivered it might be better then saying canceled. Just a thought.

I used a debit card, so perhaps that's my trouble.

Good luck and let us know. I think the debit cards have that same feature so as long as it is a good bank you should be ok. I know my debit card has a dispute policy.
