This thread is by VapeXhale. It's Robot, i think. But all three (or four now?) of them have the same right to call themselves authors of this vape imo. All have done their big part to make it happen.

Am I the only one who wants to slow the process down so I can scrape up the money for this behemoth?

Hummm...

I'm not looking at a particular post but, euh...

...but it seems like all there is to say about the Cloud has got to be related to time & money, which is NOT very appealing for any potential buyer who might happen to have read the last few pages only, IMHO!

Hence my futile attempt to open a door by suggesting that some "SpreadSheet Porn" would be nice at the moment.

I'm not sure what you've read, but as I understand it the Cloud is designed to hold its temperature by compensating for the flow of air through the weed, while the Q is not. In other words, when you draw on the Q the temperature drops somewhat depending on your draw speed. The only ones I can think of that are designed to compensate for the draw are the Cloud and the Bud Toaster.

ETA: I'm told the Herbalaire also compensates. I couldn't think of it because I did not know that.

I haven't used an Extreme, but if it's anything like the SSV a slower draw rate will increase the temperature, not lower it. Slower airflow means more time for the air to get heated as it passes by the element.

+1 max. As a new forum member, I highly recommend getting familiar with the search function. All my questions have been answered using this helpful feature.

Sure, that's fine. I don't mean to slight any one of the principals in favor of another. It's simply been that SM has been the chief spokeman, that's his job. But your're right, probably best coming from the company.

That's certainly a prerogative. While most, not all. IMHO this is an exception. This thread was begun by VapeXhale, the follow-on thread following announcement would seem appropo to be the same. Especially since so many of us are more interested in what the company is doing now, and early user experiences would fit in that framework well.

In any event, this doesn't have to become an issue. ;)

I think that the VapeXhale team has plenty enough work on their plate without having to waste time starting another thread.

Whoever has the talents and capabilities to put together a good thorough (end user's) review should be the one to start the new thread - not the Company. Let them work on building and shipping units.
