My dual arrived today and I’ve been experimenting for the past hour and I’m sad to say I have zero vapor coming out. The coil was set to .266 and after trying the different on demand vs cruise- nothing. Tried one battery and then 2- nothing. Reset coil to what’s on the door and still nothing. I tried warms and no warmups, nothing helped. There’s a slight warmth from the heater and that’s it, I can stick my finger in there after a whole warmup and cruise session and it’s barely warm. Any advice anyone?
A whole hour of experimenting and material is bright green, not a single cloud
Edit- is it bad for the electronics if I set the coil resistance too high? I’m getting a little bit of results as I dial the coil up to .280, just don’t want to burn anything out. Seems like i’ll have to go quite a bit higher to get it going. Can the original recommended resistance be that much off from what actually works? So far .280 and the temp is set at 500F
Also is it normal for the glass in the oven to move a little bit. There’s a rattle if I shake the device. What is boost? The manual had it at 0% but mine was set at 50%
Edit+ just set the coil to .286 and the oven started glowing and I nearly combusted at 370F, guess the coil needs to be lower. Now it’s starting to make sense
