Several posters have recommended that I contact TM via Instagram. So, I opened an Instagram account. I have no idea as to how to send a message to TM. Can someone please direct me. I would love to get this unit repaired or exchanged.
I did the same thing over the summer - created an Instagram account explicitly to message Tinymight. I think they (i.e. ‘David’) replied to my email shortly after sending my first and only Instagram message. Perhaps coincidental, not sure as I did try to contact them by email initially. I have not initiated any contact through the website since I didn’t order my TM and bought it new from VapeKnight (it’s his account but I have the order number info: #171). Good luck. :peace:

I think the stem is 16mm with 2mm wall so that makes Inner diameter 12mm :).Glass doesnt have as tight variable tolerance as metal so +- is expected .

Thank you! 🥰 12mm is the inner diameter of my stempod stem too. I think I will order a bag after new years and see if I can make them work for me. If they are a little small, I could keep them in the stem with a basket screen :hmm: and if they are a little big, hopefully I can squish them a tiny bit so they turn into a perfect fit.

Also nice to see people seem to get more postive experiences with TM service, thats been what has kept me on the shelf. If this trend continues I'm gonna order one myself. My country is pretty close to finland so maybe I have an advantage there 👼

I have. I don’t know what you mean with “old HR caps” but I also have Fury2 and Fierce caps and none of those are the same unfortunately. Fierce caps fit on the body part but the lid is wider than the inner diameter. Fury edge caps are a bit too small. Jack pods make a perfect fit but they are a PITA to dislodge after use. Mistvape and original TM caps are the same size.

Yes, i sent back a TM that i had recently bought with a list of issues & asked that they send a new TM instead of repairing mine. Much to my surprise when i opened the box there were 2 new complete TinyMights in their burlap bags included plus 2 WPA & 2 bags of various o rings- Very nice & totally unexpected.
So i now have 3 TMs- 2 new just received & my orig TM from july thats working great (after i fixed the non working haptic vibration piece a few months ago).

So my new Flower Mill grinder arrived today, first grind of this dense sticky snickerdoodle (a hybrid of cookies n cream and juicy fruit) is going in the tinymight!

You may have said before but does your RogueWaxWorks scoop fit inside the Tunymight stem when you're loading?

I have never mentioned that before but it fits well in my RBT stems that I use with it... It's been a really long time since I've used the stock TM stem with cooling unit, it's packed away somewhere in fact from my move...

Ugh! I broke a long stem! I have an organizer and everything and of course it wasn’t in its place and I moved my unit and this happened before(did I learn....no!) it fell and hit the metal edge of end table (last time it fell it hit wood then carpet was ok not this time lol) and broke in to several pieces! So , I pulled up my account and ordered a new one and what the hell another with a CU! If there is anything to take away, glass breaks, stuff happens, fixit move on.

Well little update on my unit that was blowing smoke out of the USB port for about 2 seconds before even using it.

TM responded to an email I sent yesterday this morning. I mentioned if they are off for the holidays don’t worry about it and he still responded. Told me to send some video and take the screw out and send some video of the mother board. He said it could be just a bad contact the board may not be ruined but needs to see.

this is was I sent maybe someone hear has taken the heating element apart I know someone had to shim their contact in an earlier post.

So recently I wrenched my battery lid into the TM such that the lid is stuck and will not move. I looked in this thread and found that Nyogel is a good lubricant that prevents the lid from being stuck. You guys are AWESOME!

I emailed TM and David stated that he would send me a new Top Panel so that I could change it out myself. All good so far. However, I have emailed David back a few times to see if he actually placed the Top Panel in the mail as my TM is down until the new Top Panel is replaced. I am not getting a response from him.

Can anyone confirm that David has followed through with his statements to send items in the mail OR do I need to continue to follow up with him until I confirm that he sent it? I am being SUPER nice in my emails.

Continue to FU with more emails , Put in subject line in all caps NEED TOP PANEL...this technique has been used with much success! Good luck!

Today I sent my 4th and final email to TM. If I haven't received a response soon after the holidays I will contact PayPay and my credit card company to determine if I can submit a chargeback request. At the end of the day I would like to have mine repaired or replaced. I am extremely disgusted at the lack of communication by TM. However, I would be just as satisfied in receiving a refund as my Mighty, Splinter, IQ2 and Fury Edge work just fine and with zero issues.

Considering how much you’re going to be using this, at least as a backup you might consider getting one of FC’s woodworkers to make you a stem. They could even make it the right inner diameter to fit the cooling unit. :)

You won't believe this...I just unexpectedly received a brand new TM and a couple more stems that I did not order. Like many others, I was having a challenge getting service. I sent a couple of emails and got my original TM back in about 6 weeks along with several stems and a couple of dosing caps and it is working flawlessly. Now, about a month later, a new one appears.

You won't believe this...I just unexpectedly received a brand new TM and a couple more stems that I did not order. Like many others, I was having a challenge getting service. I sent a couple of emails and got my original TM back in about 6 weeks along with several stems and a couple of dosing caps and it is working flawlessly. Now, about a month later, a new one appears.

You got BAZINGA’s TM....... :)

I wonder how long this 10 year CS is gonna be doable for him with people just breaking their shit by stupidity.
I really hope another company steps in to create this design.

On another note my TM been working flawlessly for 3 months now, with daily opening of the battery cover with the hands, NO TOOLS... i hope it stays that way.

I read on here that Nyogel is a good lubricant to keep your battery lid opening smoothly by hand. I recently bought some Nyogel from Amazon and it makes the lid turn very easy. I found this out the hard way because I wrenched my TM battery lid to the top panel such that it won’t open anymore. I just bought a new one.
