I did the same thing over the summer - created an Instagram account explicitly to message Tinymight. I think they (i.e. ‘David’) replied to my email shortly after sending my first and only Instagram message. Perhaps coincidental, not sure as I did try to contact them by email initially. I have not initiated any contact through the website since I didn’t order my TM and bought it new from VapeKnight (it’s his account but I have the order number info: #171). Good luck.Several posters have recommended that I contact TM via Instagram. So, I opened an Instagram account. I have no idea as to how to send a message to TM. Can someone please direct me. I would love to get this unit repaired or exchanged.
