Ok I just want to say that Caroline has been exceptional at Hopper Labs.
She has processed everything I asked for and more. For instance, I ordered 3 batteries, 2 mouthpieces and a sleeve, and she refunded me the leather sleeve since it won't be in for 2 weeks, that way, she will ship my batteries and mouthpieces today.
I did pick the $10 shipping so I'm hopping I get a shipping notice. I don't really want to bother her anymore. Does anyone know if accessory orders get changed in their store with the tracking information?

@JoeMama I looked at both batteries but they seem pretty identical to me, with the exception of the bad battery having a slight raise in the battery wrap in the top. It's hard to describe. Anyhow, doesn't look like anything to be honest.
Still nothing. I do have my Nitecore D4 coming today, so I'll pop it in and see what the Nitecore says.
