Here is a response I got from Caroline after questioning (repeatedly) why orders were seemingly shipping out of order. I think the honest response was refreshing and should explain some earlier anomalies. I asked to share this information here, and here it is..

This may have been my fault. I am a new employee at Hopper Labs and was doing my first batch of address verification and I got a bit out of order. I was trying to ship based on what we had in stock not based on date of purchase. I apologize for the confusion. I have learned the appropriate way to ship is by purchase date. I would like to reassure you that you are not far from getting your address verification email. Again, I apologize for my mistake and appreciate your patience as I get through this learning curve.

Surely this doesn't mean if they have a bunch of SS ones ready to go, but the next order on the list is a blue TI that's out of stock, they won't ship out the SS ones?

I just feel like Ive seen fewer posts from memebers like @BuzzDanklin @midgetsanchez @TheVapeStation @SneakyPeteVaporizers (mentioned video review coming soon) or none at all. Maybe my expectations on sharing are misguided? Maybe I have missed some posts? Im glad you feel like sharing info on this new exciting product by owners has not decreased!

I also appreciate sound feedback and great discussions by some very intelligent members here!

I am definately working on my full review its been 1 full month and i have alot to say. I have been off here due to family health problems. Also alot of posts for awhile were turning a bit toxic for my taste.

I have alot of things to say in my full review so i am trying to script it the best most consistent and non rambling way possible .

Just one more factor to consider in the new price increases. The Ti models used to list the leather case as being included......now it doesn't.....so add another $10 for the new equivalent pricing.

Following up on my earlier post about what I felt was abnormal and excessive heat in the backend of my SS GH, I just received a reply from Trevor. He's sending a replacement backend. So yeah, customer service seems to be good - he listened to my complaint and acted on it with no problem or delay. If you're reading this, thanks Trevor!

It arrived on Monday. I was a November 29, 2013 backer - first SS then upgraded to Bronze TI.

The unit seems perfect so far - no scratches or dings, few second warm up. It seems very efficient and definitely medicates faster than my old iolite conduction vape.

I don't find the vapor too harsh, but the mouthpiece does get hot. That's easily avoided, however, by just putting the whole tip in your mouth, with your lips above the taper. Might look a little gay, but it works.

I'll let everyone know if it develops problems.

The chamber holds approximately 1.2cc of herb (0.3 gr) and its about 8.5 mm in diameter and about 19 mm deep.

the total draw with a full chamebrs are 12 to 20+ (depend on strain, how long is your puff etc.).

OMG.... that was a fantastic video.... I loved the contrast.... gal to the left starts out light low temp unsure of the device.... gal on the right has the "OK lets see what this thing can do" attitude...

I wonder if they actually killed what was in the chambers.... I've only heard thus far of numbers of inhalations being somewhere in the ball park of 12 - 20....per fully loaded chamber... I wonder if anyone is able to enjoy more than 20 inhalations if so how many total....? and do you go until it is finished producing vapor even after temp walking.... or do you... did you stop because the taste got / gets too nasty to continue..?

@jojo0420 killed a fully packed chamber in two hits multiple times, in a couple videos a few pages back. A measured 0.3g in one of those clips. This was with the aid of a water pipe at 4/4.5 temp. The thing to remember that this isnt one size fits all.. each individual is going to have their own experience with a unit that seems flexible/nimble, and come to their own way of optimizing their usage.

with a progressive raise up of the temp (like 2-2,5-3-3,-5-4 etc) you can get 12-20 puff i think...

i love the long session and i keep going with the draw until there is not more vapor at the max temp with all my vape.

Yes I saw his Vid.... amazing of course but I must say.... he stopped it... I could still feel a 3rd maybe even a 4th or 5th could have still been in there....

I was thinking more along the efficient more economical inhalations..... the type that might allow or offer more time for the body to be able to take in more of nature's gifts....

Well, instead of the small load video I intended to put up this evening I have an update.

This is how I'm running my GH today:

As you may notice that is a SS backend on my dark gray Ti Hopper.

I actually like the way that looks. I have the Dark Gray Ti and the SS on order as well. I was always kind of bummed, back during the "pen clips out of round" fiasco, that the Ti units had SS clips. Doesn't look quite right IMO...I hope some day they can offer matching Ti clips. But having the SS back end next to it makes it look more like an intentional design element.

Like your granite countertop btw...nice colors.
