Had same cap for 2 years so bought a new one to make my omni all brand new.
My new cap rattles, it falls if i turn it upside down, sometimes the click makes it jump off its that loose. It has 2 clicks instead of 1 but these clicks arent loud as my old one but I can feel the clicks in my hand more.. Is this normal? Maybe it needs time to be worn in?

These awesome stems arrived in the mail today from Vgoodiez. Eds TnT Bocote and a Long Glass Charlie.
I also got a DynaCoil that I tried with a freshly cleaned tip and a couple of concentrates that I have been smoking for a long time. The flavor was amazing and true to the tastes that I knew so well. Really impressed!!

Be forewarned, the thin glass wall is super-fragilistic (unlike your enduring/hardy/one)

I sadly broke my XXL Glass Charlie stem the second time I got to use it. I was too rough with it while inserting the tip. The length was so awesome and the hits were great. Does anyone make just a basic stem that length in metal or some tough material for a clumsy guy like me? Don't need fancy, just functional. I wish there was some way to double stack two M stems together.

@StringTheorista the zigzag should mean the incoming air takes longer to enter the load which should mean a bit more convection but it'll be a tiny amount.
I've spent a lot of time using both Ti and SS and I like them equally.
The Shadow M is my favourite for cleanliness and I mentioned to George it was kind of non stick, just need to persuade him to do a black 7 fin SS now.
Down in Southern Spain for a few days toking on some Zkittles.
Got my stem and IH through customs again.
Pulled over leaving the UK and the nice lady had a quick look at the Lipo safe bag and didn't bat an eye lid.
I've spent a lot of time using both Ti and SS and I like them equally.
The Shadow M is my favourite for cleanliness and I mentioned to George it was kind of non stick, just need to persuade him to do a black 7 fin SS now.
Down in Southern Spain for a few days toking on some Zkittles.
Got my stem and IH through customs again.
Pulled over leaving the UK and the nice lady had a quick look at the Lipo safe bag and didn't bat an eye lid.
@stark1 The delicacy of the Glass Charlie was apparent right away.
I really love the stem. I cleaned up my Ti tip and used it with my new DynaCoil last nigh. really impressed with the flavor. It may become the designated concentrate VC.
I'm also really happy to see the vast difference between the dimple stems and the one we sell. They both provide a different, enjoyable experience.

I wonder if the XL condenser without an added mouthpiece would hold two M stems together with some extra o-rings. Maybe that is too much weight to stay together. And you would still have to block the bottom airport somehow.

So what worked was folding the digger inwards, now the cap fits like a glove and stays in place.
Still find the clicks not loud enough, doesn't pop like my old one, have to get used to 2 clicks because I'm programmed to one from my old cap so I get scared im going to combust but then the 2nd click comes.
Now I'm wondering the 1 click on my old cap is this the 1st or 2nd click on my new cap?

Hi sorry to hear your glass stem broke. It prob wasnt your fault - just the nature of the beast. I looked into offering some glass stems, but decided against it. 1- the glass tubing was mostly not accurate enought for the DV tip, and needed to be ground out to size. That weakens the glass. 2- simply the act of cutting the tube to length causes weakness on the ends....inserting a tip each time ...a chance of breaking.
The fatter glass Rogue Wax Works offers may be sturdier.
What was the length of the stem that broke? A simple SS tube to length is certainly possible, but it might be heavier than youd like. Titanium tube would be lighter. Also, an extra long wood tube is certainly doable.

It seems like metal rings to reinforce the end of glass stems might help like they did with similar issues on the old thin wooden stems. Tolerances may still be hard to get right, but since so many people seem to break them at the end while trying to insert or remove the tip, it might be helpful.
Mine are fine going to the second click. If yours seems too hot or causes combustion at the second click you can try to stop heating at the first click, but the second should be fine and louder.
It’s possible that your other cap just had both clicks going off at once making it seem like one loud click.

Thanks, it sure was a bummer as I ordered it from England and had to wait a while and at the start of the second session it broke so I was totally bummed. First session was awesome though, was nice seeing the smoke and the huge but smooth hits were awesome
. It says 15mm longer than a Dynvap XL. Which should put it at 94mm.
Wood or titanium, would be awesome and light. It was just so easy to hold, rotate, and handle because is stuck out past my pinky. And was simple to safely pass back and forth to my girlfriend without either of us getting near the heated end. She doesn't like using the torch lighters so I have to set the click then hand it over to her. So a nice long, light stem would be awesome. We are CBD flower vapers so that takes several refills which would also makes a longer stem easier to work with.

What is a Lipo Safe bag? and what did you do with it to get the IH through customs? And by customs I assume you mean 'hand luggage' as I'v taken my IH as hold luggage several times. . . but curious about the hand luggage IH dance?

Occasionally I go on Etsy and look at stuff that might work with my vapcaps. I’ve wanted a “double garage” and haven’t seen one on dynavap’s site. I found a woodworker selling “joint carrying cases” and he made up a couple slightly longer than his standard, which fit two original size (not Nonavong, not XL) vapcaps. Like the M.
He was great to work with, makes really nice stuff, and this garage he made for me is a sweet piece at a very reasonable price ($7). (Next to dynastash for size comparison, same basic length and width, but about 5mm thinner.) Plus, he threw in an extra one because there was a slight delay in shipping. He also makes stash boxes that look very nice.
