Usually 1 to 2 days after they receive, you'll get either an invoice for new battery or, much more likely from your description, a notice that they've sent you a package (a new Crafty) and you'll soon be able to track that. I suppose you might email them and ask for expedited shipping, though I believe you'll pay for that. After about 60 hours and 6 months my Crafty finally failed (flashing lights and send to S&B message on app). I see where tracking shows it was received by S&B Friday...... What is the typical turnaround time for those that have processed warranty claims?
I hope its fairly quick because I don't have a good portable backup vape.
.......................................................Can't decide if I want the Mighty or the Crafty.
It's a little dissapointing, looking at others on here it does seem like the Crafty is a great vape when it works but sadly isn't reliable for long term regular use.
Long term regular use? IMHO I don't think it's reliable at all. My buddies Crafty just went tits up after only 20-something hours. And he used it sparingly over the course of several months. At some point S&B are going to simply have to pull this from their product line if the defect rate continues to be 100% on a long enough timeline (that isn't even very long).
You, sir, are the King of Craftyland. We are humbled.Clearly (in my case) this vape is capable of long term use.. they just need to rectify the design issues.
A direct (soldered like i have done) connection to the main board for the heating element is top of the list, the next is a removable battery and an intelligent battery monitor that can tell if the battery is not capable of the discharge rate required (if someone puts in a poor performing battery the unit should let the user know and shut down) I now have 438 hrs on mine, i have changed out the battery 3 times and still this thing lives on... the original casing is not holding up so well on mine but they have already addressed this.
S&B need to get with the program or get lost to the other players emerging!!!!!!
Definitely the Mighty then, thinking of long road trips and the battery life........................................................
The Mighty UNLESS you have an overwhelming need for stealth. If the Mighty is ok size-wise, get it

Let us know how things work out!
For those of you with recent Crafty's....newest revisions.... are there any "overheating" issues/warnings. I sold my recent 2.08 with 2 hours on it, and on my last use before putting it away I received the dreaded "overheating" warning. It's not like I went straight to 210c either, so just curious if i'll just be continuing to spin my wheels by purchasing another Crafty? I am more of a higher temp vaporist, but keep it within 190-200c most of the time. Perhaps my large draws overwhelm the heater too much, and it struggles to keep up (doesn't rebound as quick as the Mighty).
No oveeheating issues as yet with my 2.10.
I use mostly at 205c.
how long they usually take to send a new crafty when the equipment gets there?
