I got my new Crafty version 2.10 and 44xxx SN. My OG Crafty was 2.08 in the 24xxx SN range. I believe VaporNation was behind on their inventory because that seems like a large number difference in 6 months but that's beside the point. If I had it to do over again I would deal with Puff it Up after hearing many good things about them as a vendor.
As for the return process it was rather painless in my experience..... Shipped using priority USPS to get it to Cali in 2 days for $7 from the east coast. They received last Friday and I believe it was Tuesday I got the email with tracking on my new Crafty. It arrived today so that is 8 days total to send off and receive the new one.
So far so good as I have fully charged the new Crafty and can definitely say that it seems more "solid" with no squeaks or creeks and the CU seems to "click" in better than my old one. Only did 1 heat up test with it empty at this point and it went from 70 to 410F in 2mins 1sec. I will try with material once I am in the comfort of my own home.
In summary its not that bad of a process but it sure sucks to have to send it in!
