Are you asking about the ring at the top of the chamber? Or something inside the vape?
Or the lining of chamber itself?

I believe the original post’s title was about the ceramic ring in the chamber turning yellow. I assume the yellowing is the ceramic absorbing reclaim over time?

yeah im not used to forums haha but here is where we find most raw info anyways.
so to add to my question: i was cleaning the top piece disassembled on cereal alcohol, inside a pot with water
unfortunately i was high and listening to ohsees so i got a lot on my mind and forgot the fucking boiling pot for 10 minutes
i threw water on it, broke the glass.. i you can see it lost the branding thing because apparently the glue isnt that much heat resistance obviously.

but my question was if the ceramic getting yellow and brown is bad, like i just cleaned it and smoked another one of my own kush and then did the test by taking out the weed and looking at the vapour through light, and it has vapor! but i think its from the last weed resin that just attached to the piece? i hope im not smoking ceramic chemicals or battery vapor? its my first time owning a vape that isnt nokiva or kanboro, i really put my hopes up for storz and bickel because in brazil it costs 200$ more than in the site, summing up to 2,140 REAIS

I use the Crafty+ and prefer a two-phase draw style. I’m looking for a flat or reduced mouthpiece to make the draw more comfortable and ergonomic for this style.

Does anyone have suggestions or know where to find one?

Don’t trip out over it being yellow. If you’re not using dosing capsules this will happen quicker and be more prevalent.

You’re not hurting yourself by using the stained ceramic.

The only time I would be concerned about this is if you’re concerned about where you got your device from. If it’s from and S&B certified retailer then I would not worry about the quality of the ceramic.

Ceramic can be porous and will absorb residue over time.

Hope this put your worries to rest….

S&B can repair your device, but if it's no longer under warranty, you'll have to pay for the service. The repair request is made on the website.
