Man i'm not even looking.some two-tone kingwood on Instagram .
Why am I not seeing those on his IG, does he have multiple pages? Those two toned kingwoods on Chris's IG were nuts. I thought it was cocobolo at first cuz it reminded me of my two tone cocobolo WS. So beautiful.
The sleeves had the same picture. I suppose only Chris can say for sure. I don't even want to know .Man i'm not even looking.
Is he selling those sleeves?
I was blown away by the bowl/injector experience. So so good.I saw that he also had some two-tone kingwood on Instagram .
I have been test driving a different vape this week but I miss my CL. Might have to dip back in. It really is my favorite.
Dang that sounds stressful , happy to hear it all work out in the end.Got a second CL and
Whoever you are that buys that thing, I'm already jealous. Here are some pictures from the IG stories.
The two tone units will be sold separately. Since not everyone likes two tones, i will offer them here or on IG.
First time using it I had to bump it up 1/2 a notch to get the clouds I was getting with my 1st one.Dang that sounds stressful , happy to hear it all work out in the end.
Congrats on #2, Both stunners for sure!
Do you notice any difference in the heating between the two units? Does one run hotter
Will ya' look at that Oak?
I think I like it better a little lower, closer to 5.I have it set at about 5.5 and do slightly faster longer pulls and it makes a big, tasty hit that's pretty evenly roasted. I will be trying this again!
That is all Grenadill. I originally bought it with a Kingwood sleeve, though, and second mouthpiece, a mixed-wood set. I love it both ways. I'll try to remember to take a pic. Mixed, the Kingwood definitely looks lighter but they are still complimentary. Chris matched them really nicely. It seems like the Kingwoods are pretty popular on the thread here but more of these grenadill ones are popping up!@coolbreeze I really like that dark CL, kingwood?
@letter never sent, I have seen you chase clouds! It's impressive as hell, but I'm even more amazed by the temp difference! That large inline must be super open and cool! I think some of it for me must be the restriction in that piece because I turned it down to 5 for that, and then back up closer to 6 for my triple-donut inline, and I'm not quite settled probably. And, well, the clouds are kinda inevitable with this one, but the flavor potential is so amazing that I feel compelled to stay in that zone if possible! I'm kinda surprised when I see the temps others are using because I feel like I'd have a hard time avoiding combustion. Maybe mine runs a little hotter than usual so I set it lower? Or maybe i'm a delicate flower.@coolbreeze I find I need to be at 8+ with the glass bowl to get a nice milky hit. I’m around 6-7 with the normal bowl. I am more of a cloud chaser though.
When you say the normal bowl, do you mean in the mouthpiece, or do you put it in a joint or the top of the glass bowl instead? I tried it in the top of the bowl and I like it.
The metal bowl? To be honest, I've tried it in a joint a few times but I really only use it in the stem. I rigged a joint with a screen to use up close but I usually just use the glass bowls, everything works so well.Just wish there was a version of the bowl with a handle or something for easy AVB dumping after the hit!
