Is it worth it to just get the cables and nails (prolly 20mm) from Auber with the bad boy? Or should i toss the money on the nail to something from CCA and wait out the apparently long time?

How do i go about buying a Tony Hernandez recycler? I searched online and i couldnt find a way to order his glass. I have been interested in his recyclers and they seem really functional.
You can't beat a properly set up Liger with SiC (now Obsidian), IMO. D-nail Halo with SiC is another, perhaps more affordable option but you must get their somewhat pricey carb cap if you do. Its critical.
Personally, I guess if I had to have a savings time line, I would get the Auber controller, coil, and Ti nail and then save like a SOB for the Liger.

Personally I have no experience with the Obsidian inserts. As a matter of fact, my Liger is a version 2.0, 20 mm with SiC and there was no tier 1 or 2 SiC at that time. It still works great.Do you feel that the Obsidian is big upgrade from the recent Tier 1 SiC? Debating on whether or not to try an Obsidian for my 20mm or 30mm. My 30mm insert is a tier 1 SiC, so unless it's big upgrade, it's probably not worth it.

love the 30 over the 16, but still not as perfect as I wanted it to be, I ended up ordering the custom AH coil and Steel Kube One.
I feel like I'm getting a lot of spillover from the sides so that it gets on the under-side of the Obsidian insert. Am I doing too big of dabs?!?! lol or am I just being carefree with my Weirdeer cap and spraying it all over the wall of the bucket?

Orderd on the 14th of October. 2 weeks was up emailed them on the liger 3.0. They said they were delayed a week for 14/18mm male adaptors supplier mishap... Said they would get them next week but the rest of the order was there and ready to go out. Waited a week and just spot checked on if they got the parts they did mid week. Said it would go out asap. Emailed today to find out if illl get it this week as its still not been sent waiting to hear back now... Really wish they would take advantage of a web based cms with a portal. They would be able to track info from supplyer and there recieving ect could auto update and link to order numbers allowing customers to see whats going on cutting down on man hours managing emails that could be automated saving him time and money and making it super simple for us customers to know whats up with out bugging them.

Ordered a few weeks ago with shipment to my US adressee cause I had US couriers who wanted to bring this stuff along to Germany by plane, remembered the flight date in the beginning of last week. No response, no shipment - now it's too late and I've to wait until next spring (don't want to pay 150 € for shipment, customs, taxes)
Still nothing and 7 days from being 30days out. Still haven't received a reply yet as to why the delay now they have everything as per there own words so what gives? And it is kinda weird to have blowout sale when the product you put on sale is not even made and in your hands. Yes that would drive up sales but how do you deal with all that incimming businesse if you dont have the product? Im having a hard time understanding whats going on. Im a maker/builder run my own business it is just me so i setup with a good cms. My clients get emails with weekly updates. Whats being made now. This is in paint now 4 days till finishing ect we keep thwm updated. Funny my clients never have a complaint because i keep them updated to anything thats going on. Specially when every order placed with 14/18mm adaptors could have had a mas email sent out the secound they knew they were a week behind. Thats not a time sucking thing to do 5min everyone happy. Parts in and ya send another 5 min bulk email and now peeps dont bitch. Its when they have to go looking for answers on there own and get no reply so its left up to there imaginations to try and make sence of it and they get annoyed. again arent we the clients paying for the service and the best product? You want to be high end and have things "gain value" because there serial numberd now? People dont buy a Rolls Royce because its the best they buy it for the expierence from day one to driving it daily. How the company treets you is all part of the value.
So just got this in email from cca710 still dont get how he can say one thing the toyally diffrent the next week. They got them in last week now they just got them monday which is it and why is this guy telling us one thing via guessing im assuming cause he called and talked to the owner this time...? Why not last time i can hear the Ball dropping....
"Hey so I just got off the phone with the owner. He told me the parts didnt arrive last week they got held up with Fedex. We just got them Monday. He promised me ALL orders will be shipping with tracking numbers in the next 24-48 hours as hes working on all of them now.
I really do apologize for the long wait time we had some issues with our supplier. For the troubles I would like to offer you a 10% discount on future orders."
10%... Kinda pathetic. I would have offerd my client 25% off the curent order free next day shipping and thrown in a nice piece or upgrade for free as an im so so sorry gift. Espicially when we are on week 4 be week 5 before it makes it here thats 3 weeks over there offerd 2weeks as per there website and i had to chase down answers. And they lied to me last week apparently. Shady just shady.....
