4mm hole through both sides. All the metal dust stuck to the magnet, but a quick wash out its as good as new.

Was worried it would increase the smell of the vape, but seems to have no effect. Will give it a good test later.

The ID of the dip coil tube is 1.85mm so a 1mm hole each side would have been plenty...oh well if that was the only bit you had, fixed on the cheap is good!

Looks good to me @oddjobold sure it will help massively with the airflow, that way you can remain steath when using it out and about. I see you went for side holes not bottom, any reason?

I went for the side as i thought it might be easier to drill.

I did have smaller. Why did i pick 4mm? Not sure. It will definatley have enough airflow now!

I think high on the side for the air holes would be best so the hole does not get covered in the bottom by the quartz cup.

Edit, an interesting fact is the beta Terp Pen did not have any air holes to let you leave the lid on while using.:myday:

The quartz cup is in the other side. The side with the holes just has the tip in.

Edit: i can confirm it works as intended :science: :whoa:. Can now be hit with cover on.

Nice @oddjobold, I was referring to this quote as to why the holes are better on the side than the bottom.

It still would only work for a couple draws until you need to dip otherwise the tip can get that empty coil taste.

Looks like my headbanger is here in the u.k, just been handed a £15 import tax from the Royal Mail! Real nice considering the unit is about £30.

Oh well a merry Christmas to me, should have it for New Years.

Mine went shipped, then i got tracking 5 days later. They sent me a tacking number that did not work with the link they sent (track 17). I asked customer service about it and they sent me a new link which did work.

No tracking number as far as I can see @btka on my emails ive looked at, I don't generally use them anyway as I just trust it's all sorted and have never had a issue. Like you it was from perfect vape. Add to that I used PP so I'm covered in all cases.

How the holes working for you so far @oddjobold? I'll likely do the same with mine for the internal cup but really brought it for the dip tip.

Its working much better with the holes. Just got to remeber not to cover them with my fingers.

you guys prefer removable battery, like the MFLB? Any though about wax vaporizer can be protable and compatible with glass

Yes us vapers like to carry a spare battery and not looking for the next wall socket. Seen as you have Quartz in place, do you have plans to use other dabbing material, such as silicon carbide, alumina nitrite or other space age ceramics.

Ruby and sapphire are other materials to look into @Airistech, will complement your range and if you need willing testers (myself included) your in the right place at FC.

I am really loving the HB. I am quite happy with the little onboard bubbler. Adding an 18650 would make it a little more bulky, but should still be portable right?

Hole still working out @oddjobold

Should get my HB tomorrow morning, import tax been paid now.

It already has an 18650 battery but is not user-replaceable (supposedly, I will change mine myself when it finally dies, looks like an easy job):myday:
Quick swap batteries are always handy though.
I have had no luck adding water to my bubbler as it just works like a straw for me (wet lips:razz:)
The internals of one of my bubblers actually broke off and now rattles inside the glass tube, my ultrasonic cleaner soon shows any imperfections in glass by breaking them.:2c:
I just got back from camping where my HB got used extensively, my brand new Ghost & old Mighty barely got used, rosin rules!

Thanks for your information bro.
HB battery is not 18650, it is Li-polymer, better quality, smaller size, more portable, thats why we don't use 18650 swap battery.
About the bubbler mouthpiece, we though about that before, it does without good effect with water, but it do provide more Centralized airflow and cool vapor, thats why we do it.
HB and Airis8 and Quaser are good wax vaporizer because of you guy supporting, thanks again.

Our concept is make the product as portable as possible, thats why we use smaller battery with bigger capacity, thats why we use build Li-polymer batter instead of swap 18650 battery. But thanks for your advice, we will consider about that and try to offer more options for our customers

Sorry for the missinformation, that is great news on the polymer battery, much safer option due to so many nasty knockoff 18650 batteries on the market. Even a proprietory quick swap Lipo would be a great option on future models.

Got the headbanger, it's currently charging. It's got a small crack on the inside of the water tool/mouthpiece, doesn't effect anything but I'll have to be extra careful using it as I don't want a crack so small to widen.

Overall looks really neat, quite restrictive on the air flow especially the internal atomizer. Can see why adding a airhole here is beneficial @oddjobold but right now I want to test out the dip tip, I'll drill out a hole for the internal fritted Quartz tomorrow and then try that out too.

Like the little starch jars and the magnetic storage on the base. Water tool is so cute and perfectly formed (minus the tiny crack) it makes me wonder how it's been made to such tight margins.

Let testing comense this evening :).
