I don't think the intent is to use it with a HT on at the same time. The bag would be fitted over the joint on the cloud and then the air pump would fill the bag.

As much as I wouldn't want to use bags... I would feel a hell of a lot safer passing some newbie a bag than letting him clear the cloud's hydratube all by himself :2c:

just posted something to that effect in the 'cano thread, while praising the cloud for personal use.
am ecstatic that my mobius mates so well w/ the cloud. have left it on the joint for 10 min, hit it no catch at all at the joint. TL had me stressin'. my "Y" joint is too narrow to work as a cloud buddy, unfortunately. mostly 'cuz the stopper has an extra wide head (also works as a stand for domes and nails) and my 14mm plug won't fit, 'cuz i just gave my reducer away w/ a nail and dome set yesterday, lol. so instead i went for throwin' a male to male in the other joint, torchin' my quartz domeless in my hand quickly dropping it, the dab and my cloud simultaneously. hehehehe, sweet. then it was nappy time. been hittin' the nl5 since i woke. mmm tasty. for real, tho, two ELBs is about perfect to get me there. the rest is just fun time.

EDiT - my girl is also happy with the much quieter vape. she missed my old vapor brothers for that same reason. really hated the taste of hot whip over hot bag so this is working out perfect. only time i really like whip is when it hooks my 'cano load straight to my mobius for rocket rips.

mvapes got a hold of some good shit!

The gong in the matrix Ion is big enough that I wondered if it was getting a good seal. It's perfect for the Cloud, as the seal works but will never come close to sticking.

For bags, the vapor lung seems like the best unofficial bag filler for the cloud. I never tried making one, but a quick perusal of NF's thread makes it look pretty simple.

On my Mobius Clear Bubbler the Cloud sits a tad loose in the joint too, seems because the Cloud's male is not quite as long. Not so on other pieces. But the seal still works fine. It's academic though because I really like using the CloudBuddy, I love being able to clear w/o having the touch the Cloud!

I will forward you the link to a youtube video of the vapor lung that "natural farmer" made for his solo. I will send it to you via PM to not derail the thread.

Yup, you got the luck friend! I got the official response after contacting the store...

So it seems Vapexhale doesn't allow their retailers to offer discounts

wow! glad to hear! if i ever get rid of it, i'll make sure to keep ya in mind, kk.

thanks so much filterhead for passing that along just in time for me to slide in under with you.

really don't vape that much flower due to lack of effeciency for medication. usually do dabs all day and a j at night (or if my mania is ramped up), but while this isn't quite as effective as dabs, it definitely has a place in my arsenal. it's nice that it's easier to pull out than the 'cano and no whips flopping all over (pet peev). adding a little shaved kief to the mix gets really nice results. am sore as hell from riding the mountain and gym yesterday so it's helping a lot this morning.

question. i have been keeping it at 9 'clock and have gotten nice dark abv when i hit it 'til little to no vapor is coming out. is combustion possible at full power and does anyone else run it at full power? what are ur experiences and why do you choose to run it hot?

Dark ABV at the 9 o'clock setting isn't normal. That should be a low temp setting, and there should be plenty of actives left in the bowl after you stop getting vapor at the 9 mark.

sorry, a little medicated this morn. i meant 12 'clock
and i don't mean dark as in black, but that nice woody brown. i cranked it up to 3 and only got about 3 more hits so i feel i am getting the bulk. that's why i'm asking if anyone feels the need to run it at 3 or higher on a reg. basis.

funnily 3 is 9 when inverted on my mobius.

I do, the vape is simply not effective enough at lower than 130 in my opinion for that classic cannabis high. I find the sweet spot to be like 2oclock. But I regularly find myself hitting at 3 for thick tasty hits. Either all the VXC temp nobs are different or something, because I know some perople hit at like 10 oclock. Sometimes I'll start at 12 and end at 3, but I'm inclined to believe i am missing some actives if I don't get up past 2oclock, because there is alot more flavor and a more in your face effect at these temps. Plus a thicker, nicer consistency vapor. I can get medicated at 11oclock but would never choose too.

What you're really saying is that temp level doesn't satisfy you. It has nothing to do with this model's effectiveness/performance. If 385 F is the temp you get at that setting, for example, then you wouldn't be satisfied with any vape at that temp setting.

thanks, yea i started a fresh ELB at 2, moved to 3 when i felt like it was halfway done.
definitely wider range of effect. am used to just moving up specific numbers w/ my digit so this whole analog thing is taking a little while to dial in. i usually start at 365 move to 395 then finish bag at 420(f).

True Max, but I'm with Nos too. My new version cloud is like Nos' exactly. 12 isn't as dense as it was on my past 3 clouds and I'm finding that I'm using it at 3:00 to MAX. In fact, after its nice and warm I dont think there is much difference in temps between 2:30 and max. The light won't go red when I adjust between those two temps. On max, my abv is med. to dark brown but never as dark dark. It depends on my grind. I much prefer the older firmware :(

I haven't been on here in quite some time, figured I'd check in but I don't have the time to really properly back-track through this thread. In any case, my VXH has been in steady rotation for coming up on a year, we're still friends.

Since you like dabbing I would suggest you start around 3'oclock and work your way up. I keep mine at 3'oclock all the time. The ABV I get is dark chocolate brown. I only ever combusted once because I did not clean the ELB cap for like 4 months and it got so clogged the restricted airflow caused combustion.

You are going to get more of the THCV, CBDV, and other canabinoids that will convert to THC and CBD at the higher temperatures. So you will get an even stronger medical effect from the higher temps.

I have found out I don't like low temp vapor because it makes me jittery and stuff. That is why I like to turn mine up and roast it on a higher temperature.
