Thats terrible news Tweek, hope it gets resolved quickly. I haven't kept up with your post but how far is the main office from your place? Not sure if its an option but maybe next time you should ask them to hold it for you as soon as they receive it so you can pick it up yourself?

No, they wouldn't allow me to go to the sorting centre for pick up, and I guess they refused to accept my call in verifying my address, since it didn't make a difference.

They feel that sending it back to TET instead of allowing me to drive to the sorting centre 20 minutes away, is more efficient.

I had to bow out of this race & cancel my pre-order, so some lucky person out there will get bumped up in line. Can't wait to read the reviews once everyone's units arrive tho, Cera is a bad-ass design IMO & at some point I look forward to owning one.

Tweek, did you hear from TET on the tracking or is it definitely on its way back to them? I thought that was an assumption.

I ordered on Dec 10 and Jennifer said there was about 100 orders ahead of mine and to expect tracking info around Feb 18-25. Knowing their estimates, I'm guessing if everything goes well it will be shipped the week of the 25th... Cool. Just need to be patient!

The folks over at TET have to wait until they get notice that it is coming back to them before they can do anything else. As soon as that happens, they will make sure it gets back on track asap.At this moment, Canada Post is assuming it is going back to TET. So we are just waiting to see when and if it emerges from the black hole.

I still think it is crazy that Canada Post can't tell me for sure where my package is. Isn't it 2013?? Ahh well, Marley's back on the jukebox and I'm making a nice dinner for the wife. It is out of my control so I just have to hang tight

i should mail my dogs GPS collar to TET to put in the box with my Cera when they ship to me. I'll know where it is every minute.

Kind of a bummer TET's videos of Noah showing off the CEO clouds are all private now...i quite enjoyed watching those on repeat while i battle with the wait...lol!

So exciting! I wonder how many bodies came in. I know there were around 75 orders to be filled before mine, really hopeful that they got enough to be in the next round. In the meantime it's going to be sweet to see more member reviews and eye candy! Cheers TET.

Not to frighten you but I had this exact same problem with an order one time and it took months to resolve. The package was never on it's way back to the company and the post office just said it would eventually find its way back but that just means that it is lost/stolen and they are hoping by some miracle that it finds its way back to the original sender.

Oh, I already figured that was the case. I doubt I will see my order anytime soon, if Canada Post has anything to do with it.

But isn't there ins on the package which makes me believe they have to check sooner then later. TET should be able to track it and start a fuss.

why would thermovape take just about all the cera videos off their youtube! is it because of the switch?

My guess is they don't want more people crying about not getting exactly what is in the vids, making claims that TET is "conning" them and other BS.

I think it might be due to the fact that Noah (the guy in the videos) is no longer with TET

Noah is in nearly every TET video demonstrating.
