ABV Milkshake (My First Post)

i just ate half a teaspoon of abv (from high quality product) + 4-5 teaspoons of peanutbutter...i hope it'll do the job...i just want to sleep nicely...

i used 4.5 grams of abv, i replaced the milk with egg nog and added about 2 cups of vanilla ice cream.

shit tastes like a damn peanut butter cup.

I've been meaning to post here for months, thanks OP, been real happy with how well the ABV Milkshakes have been turning out. I use about 4g of ABV and replace the milk with unsweetened almond milk, and also add a small container (3.6oz) of hagen dazs coffee ice cream. Tasty and effective.

Aye thanks OP. I use this recipe whenever I get enough ABV for a round of shakes.

Made a few this week for some work folk before going out for dinner. Vaped. One guy got absolutely wrecked. We had to drive him home in his car, take him up the elevator, walk him to his room - the works.

The effects are obviously a bit CBD heavy, but once you add a fresh vape to the mix...

eating AVB + vaping = what i need.. vaping alone is nice too but mixed w/ an AVB edible is perfect for me all day..

This is so true. I only down a smoothie every few weeks, so the effects really do seem to last me all day. Need a sativa pick me up a few times though, or I'll sleep till noon the next day.

Buddy who got too medicated said he felt baked most of the next day. His S/V told me his eyes were bloodshot still

lol ya some people are really sensitive to CBD's and CBN's.. i love them though.. i like more sedative effects

ya.. that combo (AVB edible+vaping) does wonders for me.. i can do fine w/o Rx med's these days

I take a soy lecithin tablet daily, it helps with the edibles "reaction time". Also use granules in edible mixtures.

i always meant to try that stuff.. i used make kava kava batches all the time.. and soy lecithin was always recommended, but i never used it.. or really needed to but it was supposed to increase the heaviness of it.. i know its used to increase absorption or something.. i know its used for these things for a reason. but i have yet to use any.. is it a very noticeable difference

You will love it, trust me! Something to do with water soluble and fat soluble, lol I used to know this and too high and lazy to look it up right now. It is worth it, they have it at most health stores I have "NOW" (name brand of granules) and most major pharmacies have their own tablets of lecithin.

Soy Lechitin increases bio-availability which can potentiate effects it also helps homogenize the cannabinoids into the oils for a more consistent dosing.

Hi All

I got to looking at fat contents at the grocery store yesterday and discovered that ice cream has just as much fat as the fatiest peanut butter on the shelf, and since peanut butter makes me belch for hours I thought I'd give ice cream a try. I used 2.5 grams of ABV from my Launch Box, two scoops of Ice cream, and 1/2 cup of 2% milk.

took about 20 minutes to hit and I was still stoned stupid 9 hours later when I went to bed, and still slightly buzzed when I got up this morning.

I didn't much care for the buzz, a very heavy/dozy/sleepy high, but I think I'll start having a 1 gram milkshake before I go to bed, should work wonders for my insomnia, and I think milkshakes with unvaped, decarboxylated bud will be on my menu very soon

Thanks OP - I never had any success with any type of drinks, just wasted bud.

I made the shake with PB, banana, fruity pebbles and chocolate syrup. The taste was amazing. I can seriously see myself drinking this shit everyday, even if it builds up my tolerance like a motherfucker..haha good stuff.

Would anyone be so kind as to tell me roughly how many tablespoons=1gram? I dont have a scale and I know the weight will differ for everyone but it gives me a rough estimate. Anyone use ABV from a solo that was ran at 7? I have roughly half a pill container of ABV but all of it was used at 7 in my solo.

Made one of these with 5 tablespoons of organic PB, coconut milk, a scoop of chocolate whey protein, 2 scoops of vanilla-fudge iced cream, and of course 2 tablespoons of AVB. I had a nice buzz for the whole day, although it wasn't anything extreme. Next time I'll have to eat more, maybe it's because my AVB is pretty dark brown usually. No AVB taste by the way, which is a great step-up from the gross tasting AVB/chocolate pudding mixture I used to eat!

Man sometimes I think they should have a rule against posting food like this haha. That sounds amazing and I dont have the ingredients right now tourcher. I had coconut milk with pulp when having cotton mouth and it changed everything. Also really like having salads when stoned with crumbled crackers, good dressing and maybe some feta cheese.

Hell yeah I love a good salad! I'm a big fan of arugula with red onions, peppers, feta, and roasted pecans with balsamic dressing.

This stuff is great for making medicated salads

Awesome, rocking something similar tomorrow for Arrested Development and really looking forward to minimizing the Abv taste. Going to blend up the below with 3 Tbsp of finely ground ABV.

Should be great! The only thing I regret is not putting a banana in, good call there.
Unrelated note, did you know that if you freeze ripened bananas and blend them for a while, you end up with a mixture that is very similar in consistency to iced cream? I may experiment with this and ABV in the future.
Also Arrested Development is awesome. I'm about halfway through Season 2.

I actually tried this out yesterday. I did the whole peanut butter/ABV microwave step, and then added that in to the semi-defrosted ripe frozen bananas in the blender, and blended it all up. I detected no ABV taste whatsoever. I think next time I'd like to try dumping the ABV directly into the blender and skip the microwave/peanut butter.
