Thanks for the info! Sorry that yours didn't make it. Hopefully they'll be able to get it back to you soon. That experience with delivery must have been painful.

@VapeNStone mine also had no updates from Saturday until today. It said it was "in transit" in the US on Saturday morning then it gave the next update today after 5pm.

remember me sayign my excitement level was over 9000? this time that was my stress level! I thought some punk skid had stolen my mail!I'm gonna put a big shovel out for my packages to be hidden behind for the future after this :p (btw, never had a stolen package in my life to date...)

A blessing in disguise.

My family is flying out for a suprise visit and aren't cannabis freindly. So now I can't use the Evo for a week anyway and the wait is actually nice now. I get to catch up and enjoy family knowing I have this lovely present arriving when they depart.
Additionally, it means i'm going to be coming off of a week T-break so this evo is really going to kick my ass :) :)

now I actually enjoy watching EVO videos instead of jealously drooling over them :D

Different sort of anticipation here... I am entering the world of vaporization with this pre-order purchase. I have no idea what I am in for and I am very excited, but admittedly, not knowing what I am missing yet, any delays are easier to take.

On the note of not knowing what I am missing, I was hoping that you veterans of the world of vaporization and more specifically, the Cloud family might be able to help a noob such as myself understand how to really get started properly.

Thus far, I pre-ordered the EVO in mid August. I have purchased 2 bottles of RezBlock and a 10 piece wax carver spatula kit (seems that I see a what I think are those things in people's videos).

What else should I look into to hit the ground running? The anticipation is growing by the day and I would love to be totally prepared for day 1. Anything you guys can suggest? Extra ELB's necessary? The Mini ELB I have been seeing in the main thread is very interesting to me, but I have no idea where to procure the elbow screens I see referenced...

If there is a thread or a list that I have not yet found, please excuse my ignorance, and if such a thing is out there, might you be kind enough to link me to it?

I got a cloud buddy, and a couple of those q screens for onnies. I don't think I'll be using the cb though, as I have a vxc hydrotube, and the swaggertube is coming. But if you plan to use the evo upside down, the cb makes it more versatile. Now I'm wondering if the evo includes a cleaning brush...

Your 1st vape an EVO? Wow. I would use the search tool (upper right) and use the 'Posted by member' field. Search 'stonemonkey55' posts and you'll find the most info. Search the same name on youtube, as well as 'Cloud vaporizer, and you'll find plenty of vids.

The mini elb is made with the elbow screen from the Arizer Extreme. You can buy varying quantities on eBay- http://www.ebay.com/itm/161074726849?ssPageName=STRK:MEBOFFX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1427.l2649 The dome screen is the part you need.

Thanks Max for that link, I ordered a set. Just wondering thou.. The elbow screen is the one that you train not the ELB cap.

Shipping says it should be to Canada, which makes me wonder why it went BACK into PA after leaving...and why it says it's been delivered in Clarks Summit, PA. I am quite positive I didn't receive it in Vancouver today so I'm wondering why it says it has been delivered.

Did something like this happen to anyone else?

Correct, but you have to manipulate the ELB cap to fit into the EQ cap...see this post

Great, guess I got to call Fedex after classes today...

I seriously have had bad service and problems with Fedex every-time I deal with them. I filed a complaint last time I worked with them too. It's unreal I regularly get better service from USPS than Fedex...

That's fucked up, @Dr. Plutonious!

Your tracking page makes no sense; it says left at door in Clarks Summit, PA in one place, and delivered to Vancouver, BC-CA in another place.

Fedex is fucked up :rant:
