I am wanting a cloud more and more. *sigh*
All I really need is a free $575. Really. As soon as that falls in my lap, I'm so ordering...

You'll fit in here just fine...I've been tossing whatever extra cash I can in a box in my basement for a few weeks now. It could be $10......it could be $100 but I figure sooner or later (it's usually closer to $100 so read sooner!! Lol) ill have enough and I'll be up in the clouds with the the cool kids!! Now if I could stop dipping into that box for other purchases(glass) ill be there in no time!!
So the point is......start saving...you'll get there sooner than you think!

I haven't seen any exclusion of the bamboo in the terms of the warranty. It's a matter of how the bamboo was broken. Clearly it will typically be the user's fault, so no coverage. But if the unit itself malfunctions causing damage to the bamboo (as unlikely as that would be), IMO it would be covered.
EDIT:
Oh, and welcome to FC
Have pre-owned clouds been discussed? If so, I do apologize. My question is: Do pre-owned clouds still have warranty support? If not, is there any way to get that reinstated?

Only clouds purchased directly through VapeXhale or VXL authorized distributors are qualified for warranty services or warranty extensions. Warranties are not transferable.
I am a saver, believe me
Right now, all my savings are dedicated to a cruise my husband and I are going on in three weeks. Then, April 1st, I start back to university, for my final term to get my BA in Accounting. [to keep this totally on-topic, I think the cloud would prove the best ROI for my needs. There, I've mentioned the cloud AND used an accounting term correctly!]
Maybe by my birthday I'll save enough saved up...

Not sure we're on the same page but if I have one year warranty and for some reason after 6 month I sell it the cloud, warranty is void?
Hmm...it makes no sense.
I can just send the machine back to the dude I bought it from and he will take up on the warranty if its still in the 1 year period.
I mean, law wise the seller still has warranty and cannot be denied... at least in my country.
If it were to break, can it be sent in for repair?
Most product warranties are NOT transferable and only apply to the original owner. It may not make sense to you but it's the norm for all kinds of products. Not sure we're on the same page but if I have one year warranty and for some reason I sell it, warranty is void?

That's always an option, but it requires a good deal of trust and working out the additional shipping costs.I can just send the machine back to the dude I bought it from and he will take up on the warranty if its still in the 1 year period.
For the appropriate maintenance fee, we will always service a cloud.
