I can deal with that. Is that also $150 like the upgrade price?
It depends on the services required but most of our services default to the upgrade because its the best deal for the customer.

Yes we are. Are judgement is not clouded.Just pulled the trigger on the Cloud. Hope all you Cloudheads were right!
When someone buys a cloud second hand the warranty is no longer valid for the new owner. We have made this clear from day 1 that warranties are nontransferable. If anyone has any questions about this further please utilize our support portal.
For the appropriate maintenance fee, we will always service a cloud.
Most product warranties are NOT transferable and only apply to the original owner. It may not make sense to you but it's the norm for all kinds of products.
That's always an option, but it requires a good deal of trust and working out the additional shipping costs.
Extremely excited. Picked it up for 385 shipped from Puffitup. Seems like they are a new dealer so hopefully mine is a Cloud PlusYes we are. Are judgement is not clouded.
If the original buyer takes care of the warranty request, he/she is still the owner as far as the company is concerned. They're not gonna ask if he/she still owns it, and he/she would be foolish to volunteer that info. The company's obgligation is to the original buyer, and as long as that's the deal, they don't really care who's actually using the unit.m0sh said:I agree about the non transferable warranty.
However, if the original buyer gets the cloud back to his hands and send it for fixing, he should be respected.
Troi, please bear with my feeble mind here...if I sell my unit to someone, the warranty is void. But can they then send it in for a Cloud+ update and end up with a warranteed product? Or will they just get a Cloud+ with no warrantee?

And there is no potential for a owner of a second hand cloud to enter into a secondary terms of service agreement with VXH or purchase an extended service contract? If the lack of an agreement between the two parties is the issue at hand then it would not be difficult to create a service agreement for secondhand owners. Even if it is program that needs to be paid into, it would still make me feel a lot better than running by the seat of my pants.

Troi can you confirm that puffitup is an authorized dealer for Clouds? If they are not I need to cancel my order and dispute charge ASAP.We need to keep our system simple so that we are legally protected, the more complicated the more we need to pay our lawyers. This is our policy, simply buy from VapeXhale, ezvapes.com, vaporizors.ca, vapornation, vaporstore, and from any of our authorized distributors and this will not be a concern. Enjoy the clouds. Edit -- And soon to be http://www.australianvaporizers.com.au/, and some other international distributors as well

Not the first question I've seen about 'authorized Cloud dealers'. Just as stonemonkey learned about other vapes and what to use and what to avoid, he also learned what not to do concerning distribution, from the mistakes of other companies. I seriously doubt you'll see any on-line dealer selling the Cloud who isn't authorized. Certainly FC approved dealers like Vapornation, Vaporstore, and Puffitup are safe to buy from. Unlike with some distributors for vapes like the SSV/DBV, iolite, and Arizer vapes, there should not be any 'Cloud leakage' into the hands of lowball selling unauthorized resellers.Troi can you confirm that puffitup is an authorized dealer for Clouds? If I were selling a product like the Cloud, while it was still under warranty, I'd offer to take care of any warranty repair, as long as the buyer was willing to pay the shipping cost.
I would wrap it in cotton, so it all stays enclosed. You can use Qtip material or cotton ball. It should vape just fine and won't leave anything messy but the disposable cotton.I will tear off the tips of a Qtip and roll it around in that and vape that to see how that works.

I don't think it's really anything specific to the cloud, but I think sticky concentrates are always a hassle when used with a fine screen. For what it's worth, using bho on hot ti is vaporization too, that's why the abundant discussion of it is tolerated.I am not sure if using Wax in the cloud is worth it given the mess but it tastes so clean to vape Wax to me.

Is it really considered vaporization using it on a TI nail? I thought that would be more akin to combustion since you are touching hot metal to hot wax. Is it more efficient to vape a wax with the cloud, TI nail, or using a portable like the solo or another specific to concentrates? I don't think that has ever been discussed in this thread.
I would go with a device that is either specifically designed or is capable of using concentrates. Would remove the need for a torch and glass from the equation.
I find using an oil rig has a closer-to-combustion sort of high than I get when vaping concentrate. The Cloud is my go to for concentrate use. I find it's very efficient, close to on par with a Ti nail if not on par or better, and I typically feel more medicated than when using a nail. It's strange really - oil rigs tend to get me higher cerebrally, whereas the Cloud tends to be better at medicating my stomach.
