Well, it’s been a long, strange trip to get my Cloud EVO serviced. Not something I’d want to go through again, though I have to stress the VapeXhale folks were great.
To briefly recap, I was experiencing problems with a cracked bamboo and wonky power switch. Customer service had me send in my unit for inspection and repair.
I fed-exed my unit to in on November 1st. They received it on the 4th, took a few days to repair the device -- at no cost to me, thankfully -- and mailed it back.
That’s when the trouble began. My package made it to my city... then disappeared. Even worse, when VapeXhale contacted them, USPS refused to admit the package was lost. Instead, they gave some BS excuse about how my address doesn’t exist!
Well, VapeXhale was great about it. After it became clear USPS was giving us the run around, they shipped me a brand new Cloud EVO at no cost.
It was definitely a bummer being without my unit for nearly a month. However, I can’t say enough positive things about the customer service at VapeXhale. They stood behind their product and made an excruciating experience bearable.
