TinyMight / TM 2

Yes, absolutely. It's a standard 18mm joint. This is what I use for stems. One joint is actually only twenty two millimeter deep instead of 26 because I purchased this for use with rbt vapes, but is otherwise a standard 18mm joint.

The TM2 will become a perfect device once I figure out how to re-calibrate it and turn it down.
Could you possibly check how it is calibrated now?
You can control that when you switch on the device:
hold it upside down and look at the two led leghts next to the charging port, after the three clicks the lights start flashing but before they switch on it rapidly (!) shows the color it is calibrated in now. (It really goes pretty fast so be ready ;))

Even tho the post linked below says that the TM2 ships calibrated on Turquoise (4) my devices came calibrated "red" (6) from factory, based on the table in the post...
At least: i never recalibrated and they all flash a red led when turned on...
And when i look at the table in that same post that means it still has quite some room to be calibrated down. So maybe the default calibration from factory changed sometime along the way and people have different default settings?
I don't know, maybe the default has always been red? Could be interesting to hear how other people devices came calibrated from factory...

I get a sequence: blue (or is it white?), green, red, green, green, green.

Bill

ETA: I think that mine was set to the default "green" setting.

Just to be clear, I don't believe the unit came mis-calibrated, it is just my temp preferences run cooler than the default.

Relatively early in its life, my first TM recalibrated to white completely on it's own. That's when I learned about the calibration technique and recalibrated it to the middle of the range. And it has stayed there ever since with no issues. But I thought it was really odd that it just recalibrated one day and all of a sudden it was too hot.

I'm sorry but i just tried it and apparently it only shows that light when i first remove the battery. So not when just switching off and back on? Never knew that. But i tried and only saw green lights on my devices until i disengaged the battery for a second first...
then i saw the red flash again when i turned it on?
Well, I've learned something now...
Yeah, doublechecked it: it only indicates the setting it's in after opening the battery port first...

When I reset the battery, I get a fast flash of blue? then a quick flash of purple?

I did attempt a re-calibration to the blue zone yesterday.

Milaana. Lana. LANA. LANAAAA! (TM2/TP80/BAK/FW9)
I haven't grabbed them yet, my plan was just a couple of the basic '3D spiked' stems. I'm normally fairly clumsy so I mainly wanted to have some backups, even if the function isn't the most ideal. At the current price point it wouldn't hurt that much if I accidentally broke one of the stems I've been looking at, but that'd be a different story with a nice artisan stem like the gvb.

I'm sure eventually I'll pick up one of the nicer stems once I get more of a feel for what I like in the device, but my main thing with the aliex stems was really just getting something cheap enough that I could shrug it off if I snapped it on the go, while keeping the nice stems for home

EDIT: it occurred to me after a bowl that I should probably still link you to one of the spiked stem listings 😅 This was the first one that caught my eye just skimming a search for 'tinymight'

Haha yeah I just don't think those simple spikes do much of anything to cool, that stem is just like the one from TM, it's just a direct knock-off, useful because then you can get the basket screens with the slightly narrower rim to fit, but I don't even like to use those anyway... I have the original from TM, I hardly used it, the length helps it cool more, but it's too long and unwildly for me, I also like bent neck mouthpieces, and narrow tube like that, but the angle of this one is just awkward and feels cheap... I understand not wanting to spend much on something for fear of breaking things, but I don't think this is really a great step personally although other people rely on them... I think there are much better cheap options, like getting basic WPA and the right angle hook above, even if it is also really a knockoff of sorts itself lol

I often post images of my creations without necessarily sharing the simple details of their design, the fruit above all of empirical and functional experience :
-The seamless design is an aesthetic and functional choice, as it allows hot air to dissipate easily by escaping through the void created by the overlapping leather at the snaps.
-The snaps make it quick and easy to dress and undress the TM without damaging the button.
-The fact that the case remains open at the bottom is also a strategic choice to prevent overheating of the device in its case during use.
-I use only natural high grain vegetable tanned leather that i dye myself and each sleeve is molded directly onto the TM body for a perfect fit.
-The sleeve can be short (only wood covered) or long (metal and wood are covered) and with or without strap(s).

The classic og light brown sleeve :

So I've managed to get enough use on my new TH2 PH that the glass filled stem, you know--the one that looks like a small penis (good lord), is getting a bit dirty and is ready to be cleaned.

I also happened on a TubeTube video last night where a heavily-accented Youtuber suggested that anyone in my position (with a dirty stem) ought to consider dunking the stem into one's morning coffee to help pre-clean the stem and to help reclaim the good stuff.

As I can be easily "influenced" and being as frugal as all-get-out, I'm here sipping on flavor infused morning coffee.

Was this a good idea? Time will tell.

Bill (who wonders why they call it "dope")

As good as any, my guess.
Some folks clean in warm milk for drinking, but that's a bridge too far for me!

I actually can't complain about the taste of this morning's coffee, and I'm a bit of a coffee aficionado. Yummy!

And I'm not sure if it is psychosomatic (or not) but feeling pretty mellow this AM.

I would think it would take a little while to get you, but there's no reason that I can think of why it shouldn't contribute to your buzz.

I bought my first TM2 exactly two years ago today.

Plan was to use it strictly at home when too lazy for butane vapes since i had a (cheap but decent) battery vape for on the go use...
But ... i do a lot of my vaping on the go/outdoors and i loved the TM2 so much that it made my other option less enjoyable...
So after one week of babying it at home and missing it when out and about i decided to take it everywhere i went, retiring my other portable without a second thought...

So this little monster has seen 2 years of heavy daily use and what do you reckon: It hasn't missed a beat!
For that i thank my Tiny friend!!!:clap:

On to the next two years of honeymooning:

It's very clear!
Our love is here to stay!
Not for year
but for ever and a day!

B-Day celebration with some Fresh Girl Scout Cookies tonight!
And maybe i'll go for a delicious reclaim-balls-infused hot chocolate tonight!
My stem looks pretty ripe and ready! I only make those when i'm free the next day as these drinkables can fuck me up big time and tomorrow is a day off so...!

What other vape got retired?

May 2019 for me.... I didn't ever jump on a tm2 because the original one is just great already. I also am not interested in some of the upgrades like the ss liner and the zirconia coil outer. Still no better battery portable imo even if I don't use it very often any more. My vaping habits have changed a lot. I don't medicate during the day any longer, which means that I only use my vapes at home, and that means I don't need the portability of the TM very often. It's my absolute favourite travelling vape though, unless I'm near a campfire, then I prefer a manual...

This is my process, too, and you're not imagining anything. Body high, very mellow.

What other vape got retired?

For on the go: the V3pro (considered pretty decent and i also didn't dislike it... i just don't use it anymore)

And to be totally honest there's also another vape that i bought shortly before buying the TM2.
Was very stoked about it but due to circumstances i couldn't use the highly anticipated device when i first got it (came with a faulty stem) and it took forever trying to get the manufacturer to send me the replacement part that would make it work...
Actually: i still don't have it today (gave up after three frustrating fruitless tries) and my frustration completely outgrew my interest in using the device so i boxed it up in anger without ever trying it and moved on and bought a TM2.
:dog:
But i'm afraid to speak it's name out loud as it's a pretty "wanted" vape (that's not that easy to obtain, due to limited drops -hint-;)) and people will think i'm an idiot (which indeed i am) for never even trying it and will ask all sort of questions that i don't have any answers to...
Anyhoo: It's off topic, let's keep it like that ;)
My TM2 came and takes care of me indoors and outdoors so problem solved!
A little over two years for me and I still love my TM2. Rotate between Tempest w/Wand and TM2.

Hey, that's my top rotation too! Lovely combo imho!
I don't use the tempest on the go (TM2 is easier, faster) but i enjoy it a lot in and around the house!
Two great cloud machines!

The Tinymight 2 PH and I are totally resonating.

Were I able to bend the time/space continuum--and owning/using a TM2 makes that seem more "plausible"--younger me would happily leap forward into the future, grap one of these and A LOT more batteries, perhaps some other vape related do-dads?, and head back.

Everytime I look at this beauty, which is pretty much constantly, there is only a one singular question.

Where have you been all my life? LOL

Anything worth doing, is worth overdoing.
Been running mine on 2 for almost a year now. I don't temp step and just keep drawing until the flavor goes and the clouds lighten.

Someone here reminded me about turning it down lower after the initial power up. I just did several sessions set on 1. Even better! Don't know why I didn't try it before. The flavor stays longer. Several hits before you get that roasty taste, and even easier on the throat. Great effects, my writing skills are on the dumb rn.

I also love my SP Rocket https://www.sneakypetestore.com/products/the-xl-rocket-stem-for-tinymight-2?variant=40338217009233

I keep experimenting with my gear, and still hope to take the TM2 PH to "sub-zero," and as a "flavor-chaser" I just loaded a very sweet sativa by CBX, "Tropicana," and I was struck by a thought.

What about taking a few hits, using the tiny penis with balls stem, prior to loading it in the TM2?

Not lighting it, to be clear, just doing some big draws. Delicious!!!

The ultimate low-temp experience (at least in temperate Los Angeles). LOL

I'm loving the TM2 BTW. If there are "lurkers" reading the thread and wondering if the cost of a Tinymight 2 is worth it?

If it isn't taking food out of your mouth, worth every penny IMO.
