Nice! Thanks for the pics. I don't have the new board. I would try lowering the temp slightly and adjusting my draw speed.
I wonder if the new TM needs to be stirred? It looks like there is hotspot. It looks like some of your herb is extracted slightly more than I like to extract, while there is other herb that I would want more extraction from.
Some food for thought: my TM does the same thing: obvious extraction in the center and less extracted (or at least green looking) herb along the outside where it touches the stem. I found that stirring made a mess and it was a pain to have the herb come back together into a cohesive mass (I use it native, so if the herb is all loose, it'll fall out of the stem onto the heater screen). And when I did stir, I didn't find I was getting any more effects by mixing that greener herb back into the mix.
And if you don't stir, not only do you avoid the mess when stirring, but when you're done with a load you can easily blow it out of the stem as a single puck (or at least blow it all out, staying as a puck doesn't matter) into your ABV container. Very simple and easy, no mess. If that ABV has some more green in it, then my ABV will just be more potent.
At the end of the day, stirring just seemed cosmetic: trying to obtain even ABV even if I wasn't getting any more use out of the herb. And it tended to make a mess.
Just my own $0.02: not stirring makes using the device simpler, cleaner and less fussy, and stirring didn't seem to do much but make the ABV appear more uniform.
ETA: someone else came up with putting a basket screen between the herb and the heater end of the stem to get more even ABV: so CU, herb and then basket screen. Apparently that works, but I haven't tried it because I just like the process to be simple and I don't feel like adding an extra screen every time I load a stem. But I'd probably do that over stirring.
