Yeah, none of us are having prompt communication. I've gone over a month now without hearing from them. It's getting to be a bit much...Has anyone else had no luck with contacting Tinymight? I placed an order for some accessories about two months ago...the WPA came after a couple weeks, but the o-rings and extra stems were not included. I've emailed them twice now to try and resolve the issue, with no reply except the automated email that arrives immediately saying it may take them a while to respond...well, 6+ weeks is pretty ridiculous. In my last message about a week ago I said I will be forced to contact my credit card company if they don't reply...crickets so far.
On a separate note I LOVE THE TINYMIGHT!!! Compact + Powerful + My Style in terms of looks, and pretty smooth. Also, no annoying apps to deal with and you can change the temp easily with the dial (why don't more vapes use a dial??).
