Eta on attachments ? well hard to tell since the 8 is being changed up a bit so it should take some time for round 2 testing, and when thats done in may we would put it into production in end of May we think or earlier.

The Universe Adapter will go into production early May.

OK Folks I'm FINALLY really back at home (for a while I hope) and had a chance to test the new 4.0's versus another new 4.0 cart from another batch I already had at home in the box....

TEST1:
Dry hit taste shows machine oil taste on the existing 4.0 (Done at 3.7v)

much less flavor and a different taste on the new carts. certainly improved.

easily a win for new 4.0 carts...

TEST2:
loaded some Purple Frost Wax from cannaculture.com fired up the carts...

Both primed with 1 button press at 3.7v on a V2.

Tasted the new first. Clean wax taste with a hint of that sweet purp coming through.

Clean the palette and try again. This time I taste the existing 4.0 and it has a harsher flavor. The subtle sweet gets lost as well. My and many other experience shows this will go away but these pre whatever these carts do seem to taste better in direct side by side with another new 4.0 cart using the same concentrate.

Great job G for continuing to innovate and make a better product. Its nice to see we dont have any disagreement among these panelists that they taste better.

So who's head to the deep green fest this weekend. I know some of us will be there. I plan on attending Saturday and look forward to catching up with old friends and making some new ones.

heres a little rule we go by. Makes it simpler.

Everything will work on the Persei, some things will work on the Omicron, and maybe nothing on the Centauri.

Well the Persei is 18650 capable, that's the biggest you can go without having to use a special charger...

but if you do want to go all out this is what the flashlight guys moved to:

Alright, test cart #1: This is very hard after rigorous testing, maybe I should wait till tomorrow. Well here we go...
I first checked for glow, it fired. I took a sherlock pull for flavor right after heater test, slight flavor... So I decided to do 1 minimal 2 second "preox" with taste pull after, and the flavor was very minimal compared to a normal carts first "preox" taste pull.
Continuing on, loading and priming went smooth @3.7v with some AA(less flavorful, but so clean!). The first pull was a little off, but also not nearly as much as before. Second, almost there.... Third pull was very pleasing! not quite TI, but what is. It was nice. I have been getting similar results with my pre-oxing, but I will do a side by side(w/old but new carts) to fully compare the result of our different pre-oxing techniques. I will check in again Sat or so with cart #2 to be filled w/NYSD wax/oil.
That just took an hr, i hope its as coherent enough for ya , it was tough, 110mg of testing has got my head spinning.

But, really, if ya'll don't want to deal with the "bad taste goes away with time" thing, pre-oxidize them until they come out with these.

I plan to run of my own grapefruit (jolly) thru the carts
No bullshit ima see if it's better just to load half ata time..

I just loaded it in...now waitn for the cool down
Made shur I oxidized or unoxidize what not
Held down the button a few times surprising
Just a little whisp of white fog...then it was ready cart weighing at 7.4
Put the half now it's at 7.9...

Well see how its goes...would like to solve the best amount to fill at a time
And I will TELL ALL...SO FAR RUNNING THE HALF
IS GIVING ME NO PROBS

Heh. The unlabeled ones I picked up from a dispensary, they're whatever stock omi carts ohm rating. One is filled with a pretty runny OG wax and has been everything I've hoped and dreamed. One is filled a not so runny blackberry wax that I just can't seem to prime. But somehow, despite only being used on the 7.whatever batteries, they're chugging along. I actually prefer the level of vapor and shortness of button push these provide.

So in summary, long button pushes on over powered low ohm wax filled carts. repeatedly. Also one of my 5 ohms is a leaker and filled with PG, and nearly dry. So I'm just saying in a very very roundabout way, that odds are by the end of today's intense activities one or more will be toast.

@Uce man I'm new around these parts - I don't know about all the cool shit to do, you'll have to break it down for me.
