Could this mean that my ti hopper with the serial number in the 5000 range is an old unit
Maybe ask someone who has recently bought a TI Hopper from HL directly what number his unit has.

Yes, a compressed air can. I occasionally blow mine out.... take out battery and blow out battery area, take off PFE and blow out bowl, then blow air into each of the air holes. Not sure how that would work.
Like those compressed air cans? Wouldn’t it blow it inside ?
(...) why do those guys feel the need to talk about their great working units but NO ONE (or at least less than 5 that I've seen on here) feels the need to talk about their flawless hopper experience?
This^, I'm definitely not here to gloat, and although I lurk this thread quite a lot, I rarely post as I have little to report except to say that my early Hopper (004XXX) is still going strong.Good question and there are probably many different answers. Personally, I just don't care to rub my good fortune in anyone else's face. With so many dissatisfied users it would feel like gloating.

I felt the same way with my Ti GH working wonderfully and consistently for 18 months....then it died. That really ain't too bad though the RMA repair process was a bit of a cock-up and required a Mulligan. This^, I'm definitely not here to gloat, and although I lurk this thread quite a lot, I rarely post as I have little to report except to say that my early Hopper (004XXX) is still going strong.
I've never even registered it (yet).
I'm not attempting to defend HL , the Hopper or say anything about failure rates.
I'm just reporting my single 'data point' FYI.

That seems to eliminate a lot of dust that you can’t get out otherwise. I don’t do it often, but only occasionally (no set schedule).
compressed air contains a bitterant that may be toxic if inhaled, I would not use that on a vape's heater or chamber as I asked this question to the forum for myself before and was scared off from ever doing that... @Rel2018
Great...
Just brought 1 home and sprayed. Now what?
I hoping Hopper Labs aren't in too much trouble. . . The significant number of promotional emails I've had from them over the last month or so might suggest a cash flow issue?
I'm hoping they survive and eventually sort this product out. For their own benefit as well as that of all the vaporists out there. Fingers crossed for everyone involved
Care to elaborate?I was at Hopper Labs on Friday, I am very self interested in their keeping going and they’re not going anywhere!

just celebrated 2 years with my Hopper yesterday!
i've been lucky enough to have never experienced any problems with this device since the day i got it. it's been my daily driver and has performed flawlessly. i want people to know that there are 100% functioning Hoppers out there in the wild and inject some positive feedback into this thread. i'm hoping in another year i can report back here with the same good news because i absolutely love this thing and would love to see this company work out their issues and make others as happy as they've made me.
