its only a few days before xmas, they may be taking some time off? they are people too. On a side not resistance is futile and i will be preordering or trying to buy one off an fc member =)Ugh! This unit died on me. Won't turn on, won't charge. Completely dead. What makes it worse is I've heard nothing back from the grasshopper team. Im telling you I will never support another crowdfunded product again. It's just not worth it. As of today I cannot recommend this product to anyone until they response and replace ANOTHER defective unit! When it worked it was glorious. But I can't stand behind a capricious, unreliable device. I can't now in good conscience recommend it especially because they have not acknowledged my need for support. 2 emails without a response? Totally unacceptable.

EDIT: sent them an email last night asking about the warranty, and just recieved an email moments ago from them, maybe you should check your email again.
I have no idea about their customer service, did u email the support@grasshoppervape.com? I'm just going off my experience and they emailed me pretty quickly.C'mon man think about what you're saying. I'm a paid customer. You're not. A paid customer should be prioritized, don't you think? Also my first email was about a week ago. It's very bad business to not respond immediately.

External charger is how I charge mine. Got a tenergy dual charger. Works great. So much easier as well. HIGHly recommendedWhat other way can I charge it?

My only concern of using an external charger is the repeated screwing and unscrewing of the backend. Especially since that has been the location of many production issues. I'll add that I express this concern only based on postings here; I don't have my gh yet.External charger is how I charge mine. Got a tenergy dual charger. Works great. So much easier as well. I'm hoping not to need to swap out batteries too often
Hey man, I had the solo and now the air.same. i also don't like swapping batteries. that is why i bought new Arizer Solo instead of an Air few months ago. fully charged Solo can bring me trough a day with no problem. i see nothing portable when carrying full pockets of batteries with me, like i did when using MFLB. not convenient at all.
hoping that GH can vape-out trough a day with only two batteries.
Battery life in the pax 2 is pretty great. I don't miss not having swappable batteries in that one.Hey man, I had the solo and now the air.
A battery in the air can last all day, it's just nice to know you can switch the battery of need be...Instead of having to have your vape serviced for every issue like the ::cough:: crafty.
Also if you do have an extended period of time away from chargers, I'd rather have options than none is what the real point is
I don't miss it, but I wouldn't reject a model with swappable batteries is all.Battery life in the pax 2 is pretty great. I don't miss not having swappable batteries in that one.
I'll have to try that. I'm trying to change my order and give them more money. And still no reply to my emails (one sent to the email address you listed). Go figure...I feel like a lot of people having trouble with GH customer support are just bad at emailing... I've emailed support@grasshoppervape.com about 3 times times now and had an email back within a few hours.
A concise email with a single question in the body and a subject line beginning with, [RESPONSE REQUIRED], always gets me a response.
Well when you state it like that it just makes sense. The point of "customer service" is to assist customers. People shouldn't have to use a special header to get them to read and respond to an email, and if someone is confusing or long-winded, they should write back for clarification, not ignore them. Not saying that's been happening, but I don't think it's fair to blame people either....
