Maybe you should consider what Off said for better results:

A tip for next time is you can make neat slots by connecting two holes. For instance punch small holes with sharpened brass tube. You can 'back up' the rubber by slipping a broomstick (or even rolled up newspaper) in as you 'twist and push' and make a circular cut though to the wood (or paper......but not your finger.....). Or flatten the tube and punch both sides at once. Then slice (or snip) along a sharpie line to 'connect the dots'. Or not.

This way i think you could make linear cuts not random like i did

I always see vapor from blue setting to red, but is very light , at red is more vapor but not huge clouds , i don't know if im doing something wrong , i don't think so ... I like flavor wood stem !!

I missed that temp point too. I usually use the 1st and 2nd heat settings on the Air. With the Solo I use heat setting 4 and 5. If you use an extended Airpath you can use the higher temps. I have the Vortex PVHE stem from Planetvape it helps to cool the vapor for me. It's not as stealth though.

The Air is pretty similar to the Solo but in a smaller package. It's true it misses one of my fav temps but it is a great little vaporizer and quite stealth with the short mouthpiece. It's made with the same care and excellent materials as the Solo.

Try out a WT with the Air, it works really great with the D020 bubbler.

I got one on the way from DHgate. I hope it amps up my AA a bit, thanks as always!

@VANVAS I have the same issue, just got my Ed TNT piece that arizer sells. Used it once, but still didn't get huge clouds, better though than the glass. Any advice to new Ed TNT stem users?

I think your design is the way to go: slits cut out vertically at the spots where the horizontal framework surrounding the oven is exposed. Maybe I'll try to make the openings a tad wider, but maybe not: what you've done looks like it hasn't damaged the integrity of the sleeve (doesn't look likely to rip), and if you say it cools it down as if the sleeve weren't on, there's no reason to cut off more than I need to cut off. Thought I'd get to it last night but couldn't. So maybe tonight.

I'd say turn your air on with the stem in it till it gets to temp , than reset it , take the stem out and pack it while its warm. Another option would be to pack it and than preheat with the stem in and than once it reaches temp let it sit for about another minute. I always get huge clouds doing this. Oh and i also pack it pretty tight since there is very little to no air restriction at all with it. Also be careful not to burn your hands on the stem , they get hot. Same applies to Bravesst . See your from Seaford , i am two towns away in merrick , enjoy buddy.

Could one of you guys advise. I've been searching for this answer, and I know it's here somewhere, but just can't find it.

Can you leave the batteries on the spare charger until you use them, or do you need to remove from charger as soon as they are charged. I plan on rotating the 3 batteries I have, but want to know if removal is imperative to longer life.

Also, as has been mentioned previously in this thread, best to store lithium batteries at around 70% charge to extend their lifespan (I usually charge them fully then run a full 10 minute session). Leaving the batteries completely topped up or nearly dead will shorten their lifespan

Hey man welcome I'm pretty close too you being in merrick . I would always remove batteries from the charger just to be safe. Some are meant to cut the battery off and start charging but I'd practice not leaving them there. Also removal isn't going to shorten life much. It will eventually wear the threads PTA. Bit so just remove them carefully and slowly .

* as for the guys cutting there condoms by the heater , I ad thought of that idea when the ur 1st came out but I kind of feel it helps hold the heat in better so I never did it. The heater is supposed to stay hot and I feel it keeps my material a bit warmer . I noticed when it wasn't covered sometimes my light would blink during a session so the heater could catch up and when I had it back on I didn't have that problem. This was with using non stock stems .

You're a stud. I used mine on blue. (Between sessions on a log vape, just for comparison.)

I've been using the bent PVHE stem with my Air and am able to use the green temp.

It sure takes a long time to charge the battery using the Nitecore charger. I'm not sure if the Arizer Air charger is quicker? It took almost 4 hours to charge up a couple batteries.

It was a very low battery and it was probably 3 1/2 hours to charge.

Normally it takes 2,5 hours , if the batteries are died it takes 3 or more but never takes 4 h in my case.

Yes, I think it hasn't damaged the integrity of the sleeve wich was my intention.
At first I wanted to make openings even a little bit less wider than you can see in the pics, but i just fucked it with the knife in one pont so i made all the openings a little bit wider than i thought before. I think these cut offs were a good idea, i tested it many times in the few days passed and its really like without the sleeve. my unit cools down really fast with the condom on.

I just got my first stem from Ed, the one that Airizer stocks for the Air. Way better than glass, especially when I followed a little instruction (thanks justpassedu). I'm sure I can improve way more, and I'd like to expand my TNT collection. Any suggestion from anyone getting good results?

I noticed how hot the stainless steal gets (and stays). I agree that it is really easy to burn your finger tips. I'm willing to "handle with care" if it gets me clouds, taste, etc. But you are right, you better be good at this, or it's kinda risky. Thanks for the warning.

Well you can try method one wich is just a preheat with your material in the stem , let it go a extra minute and than reset the unit once it's at temp with the stem in , by the 3rd pull you should be getting nice clouds. Be sure to have your material ground up and somewhat dried out. I usually grind enough for the week and than leave it out a night or two to dry .

Was so happy with the "sippy stem", hadn't tried ed stem till now and wow. turns the air into a different animal. preheat with herb, then up to yellow. nice clouds. does the wood add an extra flavour or am i being a bit mental? got a purpleheart one. am worried i could start chewing it though

I don't have one of Ed's stems for my air, but general rules for clouds would be, fine grind, dry herb, pre heat, higher temp and draw slow, following these steps should give better clouds just have to find the right combo for your personal taste

Great advice, personally I keep mine at 100% charge (4.20v) unless they will sit charged (and not used) for longer than a week,if longer than a week then I do keep them around 3.6/3.7v

Seems right to me, the nitecore does have a slower charge rate than other chargers and the d2 and d4 also vary on speed depending on how many batteries are charged at once, charging in air is also quicker almost by half at times although sort of evens out due to charging one battery vs multiple at once, the fact that the nitecore charges slower is a good thing for overall battery life and when I have the time I will use mine for this reason, the whole battery charge thing is a trade off between charge speed and battery life, so basically use the nitecore to be kind when you have time, and charge in the air for speed. I am guilty of charging at 1-2A (even higher on other batteries that can handle it ) but I realise that by doing this I'm going to have to replace my batteries sooner than most people.

As mentioned I don't have Ed's stem for my air (although do have for my haze) but I'm sure your right, this is part of the reason I love my wooden butane vapes so much, love that extra hint of woodiness myself.

Received my new AA in Saturday and I'm thrilled!

I was under the assumption the plastic mouth piece would come off the glass but as much as I tried (before i used it) I could not twist it off.

I also sent an email to randy from PIU in regards to stocking the solo/air easy flow water bubbler mouthpiece from vapefiend. Hope he doesn't mind me posting this, if it's a problem I'll remove it.

Yes eventually. That piece is made by vapefiend and is their own thing. We are working with one of the best glass blowers in the industry right now and we will have about 15 new adapters for the air on our website in about a week. We are starting with water pipe adapters and high effluence stems, bubblers are in the works but might take at least a month to produce.
