Hey whateverman how has the response been from S&B? Whereabouts are you located? Curious as an owner of S&B products now.

Their first response which arrived a day later was basically RTFM.
I had to further explain that I had put almost 1g in there with very little visible vapor on settings 4-7 (wtf?).
No answer for 4 days. I freaked out. send another mail "Still waiting for your response", and answered with "Send it to us to Germany we'll take a look at it".
But I don't want to send it to Germany because of the attitude to vaporizers in my country - Vaporizers are in a gray and unclear area of the law. The last thing I want is to send something like that abroad. That of course doesn't mean I don't wanna return the product - I just wanna return it to the store I bought it from and not sending it abroad myself.
They asked for the serial number of the product today and name of the store I bought it from. Still bummed I own a 400$ piece of plastic that does nothing.
I hope things will work out for the best and I will finally get to enjoy an S&B product.
