I purchased through Planetvape.ca based on them being a supporting retailer here however I have tried to contact them multiple times over the last couple of days via their contact form and by phone to enquire about another item. No reply at all from the contact form in three days now.
When I phone, no matter what time of day, all I get is some weird voicemail system that doesn't announce their company name at all and won't take any messages. It sounds like an internal corporate voicemail system, not one for a retail business.
I'm now very concerned if I have any issues with my unit how will I contact them? Is this an issue with anyone else? Is it normal for them to be ultra slow to respond via email and have no phone to contact them? Are they going under or something?

They have Not reply to my e-mails either .
Not even an acknowledgement besides the auto-generated
support ticket # . ( strange )
But they did fill my order as fast as I could pay for it tho ,
so someone's in the shop .
I'm Not even sure if Robert is still working there ?
Robert would phone me back within 24 hours .
This is the 1st time I've experienced any type of
Bad CS from them . I'm dis-appointed !
