@PlanetVape I am very happy with the new Vortex stem for the Solo. I hope eventually you will be coming out with a bent stem version also. You can really get the most out of your flowers this way and your vaporizing experience. This stem is a real winner.

smokum is correct. All items on our site are in Canadian dollars, you know the funny colorful bills and loonies and polar bears on our coins. When you checkout it is in Canadian dollars. Your financial institution be it your credit card company or PayPal will then convert the Canadian dollars to your local currency. Your local currency could be British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD), Australian Dollars (AUD) etc. it doesn't matter as it will automatically be converted at the current exchange rate. xe.com is a popular exchange conversion tool to see what current rates are. Some credit cards and PayPal charge a conversion premium of 1 to 3% on average.

Nice site with great deals! Just placed my first order with PlanetVape.ca, for a Mighty. However, there was one thing about the site that sort of rubbed me the wrong way. The Mighty information page says "The Mighty Portable Vaporizer Includes FAST Free Shipping with Insurance in Canada and USA." Seemed pretty clear to me what that meant. However, when I went to place my order, the "free" shipping to the USA was 7-10 business days. Felt kinda like bait and switch which is a form of false advertising in the United States. I guess this is a risk in dealing with a Canadian retailer. @PlanetVape: please fix your site and live up to your great reputation!

Hi El Barto, the shipping is free so we are assuming you are referring to the delivery time not being fast. Delivery times vary on where you live, deliveries can be over night, 1 day to as long as 13 business days to remote locations in Canada. Average is 4 days or less, unfortunately the system cannot change the shipping description on the Mighty page according to the location you are shipping to without even knowing to where you will be shipping at that point. No bait and switch here.

PVHEGong18 shorty came today! Took about 2 weeks but that's to be expected to the country in the middle of nowhere.

Being an FC member I hinted that I wanted a freebie preferably some solo screens, and they included it Of course I tried to be reasonable with the request, don't over do it if you're gonna ask for something.

A great experience from start to finish. I'll be ordering again soon, probably a stem + non shorty 18 pvhe gong etc.... maybe Y piece.

I have a question / problem. Is there any way to purchase items and then have them kept at PlanetVape until other items that I would want to buy are in stock?

Postage on small orders (I bought a ton of stems, GonGs and two f-bomb blubbers) gets to be high, but if you snooze you loose and then by the time the second or third item you want comes in stock the first item is not available.

Any fixes for this?

Good news, Air Batteries should be back in stock by tomorrow at the latest. Mother Nature dumped a lot of snow on us here delaying the shipment. As soon as they arrive code will be active again. Planet vape's "free shipping" includes no tracking information or package information. Just an order number. Takes long to deliver as well. Disappointed.

I order from pv and used that shipping option for my gong i live in the US. My package came in 5 business days. I consider that being pretty fast
