Sorry if this is in the wrong category, but I'm trying to buy a PVHEGong which was in stock as of last night but planetvape.ca has been giving me a blank page all day. There were no error messages or anything...just a blank page. I even checked the following website and it says it's still up: http://www.websitedown.info/planetvape.ca. However, it might just be registering the blank page as being "up."

Would any of you be able to attest to whether or not the site is actually working on your end? Thank you so much!

They changed server providers with the upgrade(I think?), the last time issues came up it was because the servers were updating unexpectedly.

I purchased through Planetvape.ca based on them being a supporting retailer here however I have tried to contact them multiple times over the last couple of days via their contact form and by phone to enquire about another item. No reply at all from the contact form in three days now.

When I phone, no matter what time of day, all I get is some weird voicemail system that doesn't announce their company name at all and won't take any messages. It sounds like an internal corporate voicemail system, not one for a retail business.

I'm now very concerned if I have any issues with my unit how will I contact them? Is this an issue with anyone else? Is it normal for them to be ultra slow to respond via email and have no phone to contact them? Are they going under or something?

They have Not reply to my e-mails either .
Not even an acknowledgement besides the auto-generated
support ticket # . ( strange )

But they did fill my order as fast as I could pay for it tho ,
so someone's in the shop .

I'm Not even sure if Robert is still working there ?
Robert would phone me back within 24 hours .

This is the 1st time I've experienced any type of
Bad CS from them . I'm dis-appointed !

PV just got back to me , I sent them a follow up e-mail tonight .
They told me they've been swamped with seasonal shopping .
And thanked me for my patience , understandable for sure .

They're sending me a 5 pack of my choice asap .
2 extra for the error , which was cool .

Hope you others will get things sorted out soon .

Yeah... and they have been working on it for over 6 months?! or longer? This was posted 6/20/14:
Good news biohacker, we are working with FC to implement the codes in a manner that they get used by FC members and not abused by non members. This will include frequent code changes which will require members to sign in to FC to see the current codes.

I believe they have been throwing in a freebie if you say you are a FC member in your order comments.

With their higher than average prices plus shipping from Canada, the coupon code made it possible for me to shop there (sometimes). Without a code it's just too expensive, many US shops have them beat... even shipping to Canada. I do prefer to shop at FC Supporting Retailers whenever possible.

Same here, I much prefer using Canadian retailers but it seems like their customer service and response to FC has really taken a nose-dive.

I sent them a message recently when I got my sublimator - discount codes shouldn't apply to the sub anyway, but they agreed to throw in a sub buddy for free :)

They also ended up cheaper than if I had gone with my local retailer by about $50 :)

There customer service seems fine to me, I have received a reply same day on a sunday about a price match, but I agree that we need those fc member codes!

They are probably trying to think of a way that cannot be abused by non members just doing a google search, which sounds tricky to me. Maybe they could periodically send out a code to the staff, who then send it as a message to all members who have been on the site for X amount of days? Is that even possible?
