Do you hold the vapor or just breath it is and exhale

For many, many years I held it in.
Now it depends on circumstance... but I get equally medicated if I hold it in... or if I exhale immediately after I inhale.
I believe that if meds are tight.. and costs are high, that holding it in a few seconds does help absorption some... for extended effect and wringing the most out of the plants good stuff.
Scientists claim that anything over 10 seconds is useless as far as benefits, and after 10 seconds you are just depriving self of oxygen.

I've noticed they have gotten worse in the last year; probably due to their increased business size and breaking off into PAX Labs. First time I wrote to them, around April of '14, it took a day to return the e-mail and the schedule a call for the following day. Second time, about a month ago, it took them a week to respond and they stressed to resolve it over e-mail and only if it's dire to phonically contact them.

The phone # is nowhere to be found on Google within the first two search pages. There used to be an 800 # they always gave out. I'm sure you can dig through the PAX1 thread to find it.

I just knew that because of the two input ports, it also charges the pax2 in a little over an hour VS 2 1/2 hours with the usb option

Would you say it's worth it to buy a pax 1 charger to cut down charging time on the pax 2?

After my initial experience, I would say a Pax 1 Charger was a great thing to add.
I am overjoyed at the results!

Any AC to USB wall wart will work. They're as low as $4 and usually under $10. They're also readily available in your local Walmart or any store that sells phones. Almost any wall wart is better than charging through your computer or laptop, because those are only providing 500 mA where wall warts typically supply 1500 or 2000 mA, so 3-4 times faster. The Pax 1 charger has an output of 1300 mA.

Many of these plug-in USB ports are only 500 at the high end.
Most people don't even know the specs on theirs. I know I didn't.

Point taken. There are several reliable brand name AC to USB wall chargers for less than $10, however. Do you trust Amazon?

To be honest, I'm not sure If I'd trust the Amazon brand.

Personally, if the wall charger doesn't come with a expensive electronic device or new cellphone, I won't use it. I guess I have so many spare ones floating around, I've never needed to purchase a cheap one lol

It's not the Pax 1 charging base.....just the Pax 1 A/C cable plugged into the Pax 2 charging base

They are quite pricey but if $35 is a reasonable price to pay to cut charging times in half...go for it. I owned the first pax (so I had the charger) but if I didn't I would PERSONALLY consider it a worthy investment

I tried that too and it seemed very slow, or to not charge at all (although it works fine charging my iPhone and iPad). So I started just plugging into a USB port and got faster charging results...

The only people who can respond to your comment with anything but an uninformed opinion work for PAX Labs, and I am pretty sure we know what they would say. If you're curious whether people are willing to pay that much, it is obvious that plenty of them already have. Everyone is different when evaluating a vapourizer purchase, so some will obviously agree with your implication that it's too expensive. If the Pax 2 is really overpriced, then the market will soon let PAX Labs know.

Also 380 euros spent for a device with a 10 year warranty is like paying 3.20 euros a MONTH for a great vaporizer that is covered in case anything happens....that would be a deal to some

And warranties could change.....look at my Cloud+ warranty (it was the most expensive vape I bought and I don't get any warranty....)!

The Herbalizer/sublimator/MiniVap prices are understandable cause the USA/Canada/Spain made and the high quality components, but when you start to save a lot of money using China workers and china producing capabilities you need to reflect it on the price......but they are moneymakers and if peoples buy it they are still the winners (cause I don't think they share benefices with China's workers), here you are right but I still want to know your opinion cause this one count for me (even if I don't plan to buy a Pax2 at all!)

I guess namastevapes isn't an authorized reseller. So they have to pay eu customs like everybody (around 30% in total if iirc). And they are charging some € on top of their import and buying costs. I really doubt they'll give you a ten years warranty and Paxlabs-comparable customer service. Namaste aren't known for this...

I'll assume you're addressing that to me.

I don't have an opinion on this because I am not deciding whether to buy one. I can tell you this: if a device met my needs then I would happily spend that much on it. It's roughly the same amount I spent on my first vapourizer, the Arizer Extreme. My needs and budget were different then, but that's the point.

If you are questioning whether PAX Labs is making too much profit, my opinion is that they're operating in a system of capitalism that says you can charge whatever the market will bear so there's nothing wrong with what they charge. Since none of us knows their costs, we don't even know what their margin is. Since PAX Labs isn't publicly traded then their books are none of our business. It all comes back to you, the buyer, and whether or not you'll pay that much. What you factor into that decision is unique and most probably not even static. Given that we all have different priorities, is someone else's opinion really that important in such a decision?
