Edit: Nevermind. Thought it was coming from HL but just saw it was 420edcI have a Ti Hopper coming 8/2/22
Sorry to hear that I got mine from 420EDC but I did try to contact Hopper at both sites many times and no reply at all I am hoping it is a good vape it is mostly for my collection but I have never had such bad customer service at just asking questions NO REPLYS at allIt’s been 3 weeks since I ordered 6 batteries from HL and nary an update aside from the auto order confirm email. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company next week if I don’t hear from them. I almost made the transaction with my bank but decided the credit card company would be more sympathetic and easier to deal with if I go the dispute route. If I never get these batts then it’s just a matter of time before all my viable HL batts last. And then nothing - crickets. My Hoppers will cease working and the roller coaster of a ride since ‘16 will end. Oh well. There are other players in the market which is becoming more crowded and mature.
They haven't singled you out - this crap has been going on for years!Sorry to hear that I got mine from 420EDC but I did try to contact Hopper at both sites many times and no reply at all I am hoping it is a good vape it is mostly for my collection but I have never had such bad customer service at just asking questions NO REPLYS at all
That’s a shameThey haven't singled you out - this crap has been going on for years!
And you will not get any service on the new device, btw. Again, it's not just you, nobody gets service!
That ship seems to have sailed.
Still shows In Progress status, just like the prior 2 orders which were 2+ years ago (my IO and another batch of batts which I received - so much for accurate order tracking). It’s a wonder they’ve lasted this long operating like this. I’ll send them an email today and rattle their cage. To be continued (or not)…@Vaporific Have you checked the status on their site? Same happened with me, I emailed them and received no reply. However, they updated the status to shipped at around week 4 of ordering. They sent an extra battery though .
That sucks. I’m hoping they ship it out to you soon! I’ll break mine out today and toke one for youStill shows In Progress status, just like the prior 2 orders which were 2+ years ago (my IO and another batch of batts which I received - so much for accurate order tracking). EDIT Maybe I’ll receive an extra IO for my troubles (not!)
It should work. I’ve swapped them out before. The old io is in it's 24th month (anniversary date is three weeks from now) and working great, except for one serious problem. I usually have to click it 10-15 times to turn it on or off. I bought a used purple io clicker from another forum member and it should arrive in a day or two. I'm praying it works correctly on my SS body. More to follow.
I bought a gently used bronze anodized body from someone on here, so I have a mismatched IO (Ti) now too. It’s been working well. I bent the heating chamber trying to unscrew it from the body and couldn’t bend it back perfectly and the frontend was hard to screw on and off. The replacement of course solves that problem.Somebody's io is sporting a new people top.
The new (used) purple back end works great. I needed a used back end ($50) and a new battery ($18) in the last two months. Now my little friend clicks and functions like brand new. Life is good. 🥹
Nice. Glad it worked out for you. When the Hopper works it’s amazing. It produces vapor instantly and can finish a bowl really quickly if needed.Somebody's io is sporting a new purple top.

The Hopper is perfect for that! Instant vapor, can take quick hits and be on with your day.I bought a gently used bronze anodized body from someone on here, so I have a mismatched IO (Ti) now too. Over the weekend I travelle to another state which recently legalized rec but it’s not selling rec yet. I brought my Hopper IO with me while at a craft fair. I was able to quickly sneak a few draws away from crowds and it was a pleasure to use. I’ve always loved a Hopper for quick, easy and, occasionally, stealthy hits.
Still no word from HL about my batt order from last month. Later this week I’ll decide whether to dispute the charge. Such a shame.
Thanks for selling it to me.Nice. Glad it worked out for you.
Umm, it wasn’t me who sold it to you but hope it lasts more than two yearsThanks for selling it to me.
I can't believe how much better a lightly used clicker feels. Very crisp. Maybe I can make this last another two years.......
My batteries and backend are new, the heating element has always worked great, but might be the weak link.
HL might be finished. A few folks have ordered batteries recently, that was the only option online when I last checked. If they accept your money then they will probably ship it in 4-5 weeks. If not you might can ask your bank to recover your money.Probably already addressed so sorry but is Hopper Labs out of business? If so, that’s a damn sad shame, one of the best portable vapes ever if you cool the vapor better.
we need an alternate battery somehow!
