@rougeguy just wanted to say Thanks So Much!!! loving both the stem and the smokestack. Just got it... 10m in and I'm quite baked ...ill do a full rundown in the am. Not sure if I'll be capable of much more soon lol. Simple yet functional. Hit the mark for me on both. Stand is genius

Xclerk inside is my version of the dynacoil. I made them out of stainless steel mesh. I bought the mesh out of china for about 2.50 for a 5 ft roll. The width of the roll is perfect for the dynavap. I cut 4 inch strips and basically roll a crutch with 17 folds interlock the first and last ones. Hope that makes sense. I made 30 of them @ a cost of less than 20 cents a piece. I use 3 plastic boxes that taps come in they hold 10 coils each. One gram of distilate loads the 30 coils. I warm the coils with a lighter and the distilate disappears into the mesh. No mess and I'm ready to go for quite a while. I've used these coils at least 25 times and they don't even need cleaning yet. When the dynacoil came out I bought one to compare to mine. Both work well but i'm biased toward mine they definately are capable of holding more concentrate.
Also its faster to slap in coil than it is to load with herb. I highly recommend this if your into concentrates.

I also use mesh just a circle that hugs the inner bowl. Really works good for rosin, will have to try your way.

Yo what’s up guys. I put together a little video of some tips and tricks that I’ve learned throughout my years of using vapcaps.

Great idea on lining up the cap tail with the carb ... with my far sightedness its been sometimes difficult finding the carb on my Omni ... thanks

So I made a coil with mesh, not as fancy but it really gets the job done and done well.

But Vandy Vape mesh has oil on it from the factory. I noticed it when checking for hot spots on a RDA, when you pulse the mesh on a new build you get a wisp of white smoke that smells like oil. I made the coil and duncked it in ISO, then ran water over it. It took 5 heat cycles for the coil to stop making white smoke. I would heat to the click, remove the cap and blow through the dynavap. The smoke smelled like metal mixed with oil. But after the cleaning it smelled and tasted great.

Loving my Omni through water tonight. Smallest bowl setting and it's done in 2-3 hits. Incredibly smooth.

Also, I had e-mailed Dynavap about a week ago regarding my CCD constantly falling out. I recently ordered replacements and they seem to work fine, but Dynavap CS finally got back to me and immediately sent another 3-pack in the mail free of charge. Pretty cool - can never have too many screens!

Finally, I grabbed one of the tools made by @danielj - digging it!

along with my new @phattpiggie stem because it also fits a 10mm connection like a champ

Its a pure fluke that the square sits in a 10mm joint.
Hmm. I have a very similar stem from @phattpiggie. I wonder how well mine sits in a 10mm joint?
My long glass charlie stem received a nice crack on the bottom out of nowhere.
I shouldn't say it. But my xl glass Charlie stem has survived much abuse, use, cleanings erc.. Last cleaning I had to use some dynawax to get the ss tip on the fit was unusually tight. Need a backup. @StringTheorista I like that glass stem. So thick, nice length. Link?
Anybody try the 'hula' stems from sneaky Petes shop?

For those who enjoy sneaky Pete's globe bubbler the c150, he just dropped the c250

Here's a question without notice... Can you vape smoking tobacco in the Cap? Anyone tried it?

Yes it is indeed possible.

There's a lovely group of folks over in Japan that love Dynavap just like we do, but since they can't partake in Cannabis, I think most of them are using it for tobacco.

Please don’t tell them the Marlboro men are dead and buried, @muunch san

—D, that reenforced stem may have been made (many moons ago) by ED’sTNT, before DV started in-haus production, after finding that repeated expansion/contraction cycles cracked the drying Wood.

I ordered both a dark and a clear stem from Sneaky Pete. I don't have a Glass Charlie stem to compare, but from what I can tell in pictures, the Hula stems seem a little thicker.

The clear stem fits both Ti and SS tips well. The fit is snug but not tight, and a good seal is formed. The dark stem is actually a replacement as the original I received came chipped. Both the chipped and replacement dark stems were more loose fitting than the clear. The seal is ok, and it helps to use the provided o-rings on your tips, but I haven't used the dark as a result.

So how do you microdose with the m?
