Yo @Xclerk, thanks for the pm. It was appreciated. @Vaporooni Love hearing about dropped stems not broken.

@danielj, awesome new tool. Super useful and simple with the depth markers on the outside. You still got my address, hint, hint ;)
thanks @RogueGuy I'll set one aside for you

Interesting project....
much easier to use than to explain, and fast. I especially like how it pops the condenser right out, the vong utility of various airport settings.
More involved to make than you'd think, 17 proceedures per stick, but enjoyable. And coming up with something new is always quite rewarding to the psyche.

CLOUDYWITHFOG/ZEROVISIBILITY
Just received my Dynavap with Simrell vortex stem yesterday. This is my first Dynavap and so far I’ve been very impressed. It’s took a real long time for me to understand how to get consistent hits. I used torch lighter and really struggled. I own a Dr Dabber Switch with induction heating so I thought I’d give it a shot. The Dr. Dabber Switch works great with my Dynavap!

Initially I tried heating my Dynavap with my Switch with a titanium insert cup installed in my switch. I thought it made more sense to keep the insert cup in, but all I was getting was wispy vapor uneven AVB. I was at the point where I was content with giving up. That’s when it dawned on me I should give it one more shot WITHOUT the titanium insert cup. As soon as I did this my experience went from bad to great! If you have a Dr. Dabber Switch I strongly suggest giving it a shot. Make sure you don’t have any of the cups in the Switch. Turn the unit on Oil mode (but I’m sure you could use dry herb mode too). Place your Dynavap in the Switch without any of the titanium inserts. Wait about 4 to 6 seconds and you’ll hear the click and you’re ready to go. Vaporizes very well.

So now my Switch is the best E rig on the market and also my portable induction heater for my Dynavap! The Dynavap is a battery little powerhouse, it has the smallest footprint of any Vape I’ve ever owned! Spectacular combination!

I have a lot more testing to do!

Omnivap XL vs SimRell Vortex??

what do you prefer

and do you think Dynavap will be releasing a new Omni style soon?

I’m looking to buy a “end game” XL size ti vapcap piece and also to use with a new Woodscents

I currently own an old style regular omnivap

I guess I should wait till BF sales and see if anything pops up.

Also curious as well. I been trying a bunch of my old rdas nothing fits great. That looks like a good fit. Been playing w making flat and cylindrical coils. I have decks functional but need a larger MP and taller bodies. May just have to make it out of wood like the beast or splinter

Today was a cleaning day and I thought I'd share a family photo of my "crowned"-jewels and other assorted wooden treasures:

For a second I thought my Dyna-VAS was cured, but after looking at this pic, it seems like I need a Hydravong and some more lighter coloured woods.

Does anyone know if Dynavap is planning on releasing HydraVong bodies? I went looking today and only saw stem sized offerings.

Any views on the Aristocrat glass stem?My concern with this and Mistvapes beaded stem is the draw will be too restricted?

I set my condenser to allow a little airflow it allows me to mouth pull nicely so when I tried glass Charlie cooling stem I didn't like it was too restricted for me.

Mistvape Beast on its way, will report after a few days on my review.

Used a few induction heaters and found top of load always cooked and bottom still green, also I always combusted going past click to get a fat hit and vapour at the click was not dense enough for me.

I wanted something to recreate my lighter technique of 2 or 3 fat hits per load, avb as dark as it will go.

Fingers x this will work for me otherwise I'm sure it will do a job for those times I wanna vape outdoor in the wind which is really only when I go to the in-laws anyway.

Aristocrat stem is very nice, especially with the addition of cooling beads, but it seems maybe you don’t like the airflow of a no-air port stem? It’s not gonna be more open than the glass Charlie, I wouldn’t think. (I have the sneaky Pete hula stem, similar to glass Charlie. Aristocrat is not more open than it.)

Well, with a VapCap one doesn't use the heat source while taking a hit, but 2 air ports does seems unnecessary and unhelpful.
Good point! Although I always try to keep track of the carb while torching so I can immediately draw from it. Keeping track of two? Even with an IH - too much work for me!

@stark1 - I love my sidewinder - very easy to use and it even has feet to keep it from rolling.
