Have you tried it with a torch? It takes a lot of energy to load the lower copper band which is the key to the one hit extraction/ride the line experience. I don’t recall anyone claiming to RTL with a Wand.

I got the new oven the other day. I’m enjoying the longer time that it stays at temperature. The balance with the XL mouthpiece is off from what I’m used to, but still good.

I just tried the quick heat technique with my torch at full blast flamethrower setting. Maybe I should have cleaned my unit first. Definitely way roastier than my usual torchings. I completely forgot the Anvil has other gears. I feel like I got tapped on the side of the head.
