hi, I'm not an engineer with xmax, but I'd recommend warming the device in your hand for a couple minutes before using it. That should eliminate the error message. ✌🏻

for bong use I would probably remove that diverter/screen assembly unit and replace it with a simple, tiny basket screen. and for native use I personally would replace the glass piece with a dimpled piece. But that's just me- I use my POTV v3pro at 366⁰ almost exclusively Speaking of which...

pretty sure they meant *removable* 18650... maybe lol but to my eyes the nano looks nearly the same diameter as the v3pro but just a little shorter. Hopefully there will be some official info soon 🤞🏻
