Multi-brand Xmax V3Pro vaporizer, convection, on-demand&session.

Found listed w/ 100 units in stock at Twisted Sister vape shop $120 CAD/$95 USD + free shipping just never vetted this shop before.

Also what concerns me is the url (maybe just a WooCommerce admin goof): https://tsvapeshop.com/products/copy-of-xmax-starry-3-0-starter-kit-black

Reached out to them but curious if anyone's ordered one of these from this outfit?
The store has 4.8 stars out of 5 on google reviews, with 57 total reviews, so at least as a brick and mortar store, they are well liked. Let me know if they confirm that it is in fact the V3 Pro, because I'll definitely pick one up from them if it is!

@CatchDoubleDuece I heard back from Twisted Sisters, and it is in fact the new V3 Pro! They updated their listing and even dropped the price to $109.95 CAD. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if they ship to the US. My credit card didn't go through. I sent a follow up message asking this.

Update: Debit worked! $87 shipped is a helluva deal!

Yeah. I had the same issue with my cc (even an international cc without fees), but my debit card did work.
Yeah they told me it was only an issue with MC even though they list the logo in the checkout area, something block/broken w/ that processor. I'll try it with a different card in the morning.

I also would not need to use it while charging because I would always have a spare ready myself!
I would recommend leaving the battery in the unit as much as you can as the way you have to remove and replace it in the vape may cause premature wear on the battery wrap if you are not careful (even if you are careful the battery contact on the device still rubs the edge of the battery when you insert it, same design as my Tera).

Also, the unit will not operate with a flat battery even if plugged in, so not true 'pass through', similar to S&B the battery needs a little juice in it to operate...10 mins was plenty to have a sesh. The unit will only charge at just under 1 amp whether the unit is being used to vape at the same time or not.

I have now owned the vape for 16 days and used it as my main vape since I got it. I thought the draw resistance has gon up a bit so time for its first clean.
Here is what it looks like after 150+ bowls, it was only ever brushed out (when I remembered, I did not in the following pic) after each bowl,

All parts except the outer plastic mouthpiece are cleaned in iso for 15 to 20 minutes(as per the instructions). The outer plastic mouthpiece is supposed to be washed with soapy water as per the instructions but I just used hot water...I don't like how some soap's smell can hang onto plastic. :2c:
I did all this in my ultrasonic cleaner so my actual cleaning time was a couple of minutes for me and 30 minutes for my ultrasonic cleaner plus a minute to iso qtip the oven clean.
It would still be pretty easy to maintain without the UC but I have one.

@PPN Congratulations on the new release. I’ve been waiting for a device like this.

Tell us more about the materials used, especially the ones in the air path. What are the detsils of the ceramic and steel used? What else is in the air path? What plastic is the outer shell made out of? The mouth piece? Thanks.

How would this handle microdoses of hash? Is the bottom screen easily removed for cleaning off hash residue? Is the unit fit for stirring mid-session? I’m know that convection vapes are’nt the best suited for hash but some convection ones that I’ve used (desktops) handle it well, possibly microdoses in particular.

How does one operate the on demand function? Does one press the button for each drag or does the unit detect that one’s puffing on it and automatically heat up?

It’s an interesting device that I’m concidering picking up since I can get one for less that half of the shop price. Portable on demand convection with an isolated air path for less than 50€ sounds good to me as long as the materials used are right.

for less than 50€
id be interested in that too. do you have a link for that, or is this an offer for concerned mothers only?
re your queries, i believe i've read you have to push the button every time you want to take a toke in on demand mode (hence @LesPlenty's preference for session mode i think) , but others really are more qualified to answer the rest. closely watching this thread.

I’m sorry, it’s a concerned mother specific deal but I’ll think of you if I should find another one at such a great price. There’s also an aria and a starry 3.0 available for the same price and none of them have been used either :) Thanks, let’s see what answers we get from the company rep.

Thanks for sharing! What's your verdict after a couple of weeks of usage? A winner or no? Thanks again. 👍

Just picked one up from Twisted Sisters for $87 but after completing checkout with my credit card, i.e. order confirmation I was hit with a "let's get you verified" like it's a crypto KYC pop-up by a service called Token of Trust stating my order will not ship until I provide my driver's license.

Not too fond of this, I intentionally use Privacy dot com to protect from having to share my cc info, I surely don't want my gov issued DL floating around online. Might walk away from this one and request a refund if it doesn't ship.

Thank you for that feedback after a deep usage. Yes that's not true passthrough, it still drains the battery while in use so you can use while in charge if battery is not less than 30% charge level.

Hi, I'm glad our V3Pro caught your interest, I asked the infos you required about the plastic, ceramic and steel details. For now nobody asked but I can say the heating wires are FeCrAl (Kanthal), for the rest I'll post in this thread as soon as I have the answers.

About Hash I can't say since I haven't any at the moment, I'll share if nobody do it before...

To take a hit while using on-demand mode you need to keep the button pressed, let us to know how you like it if you ever get one!
Seems like a winner for what we can read on here. But maybe we need a video or something to believe It XD
I al prepared to buy It hahaha
I agree an usage video is a good idea!

A winner for sure, I highly recommend it...
I have been experimenting with a 3/4 sprinkle pack at max temp, I can clear that bowl with one 7 second draw as soon as the device says it is up to temp...huge cloud, not the tastiest way to use the device but it is nice to know it can do it if you need a good 'hit'.
I thought It wouldnt have power enough to do one hit. Another great notice
Now It seems a fury 2 with good taste and removable batteries but have the vapcap posibilities (can do one hit, can do an extended session, no need to use It with full oven so you can do microdosing).
Did you try to use a bud without grind It?
Im getting so hyped about this device

Not sure if yours has yet, but mine did ship and I got a tracking number. I wasn't a huge fan of the verification process either.
