If you are a denizen of the EU, it might make “Sense” to wait for the new entry to the field.

They will be rolling out of Britannia when released.

There is also a maker in DE.

If you are into the esoteric (and pad a Phatt wallet) you wood go to market for a legacy piece from Britain.

The other option is to build your own, easy peasy I am told.

PS Occasionally if you keep your eyes peeled and are quik, one pops up *occasionally*, in the classifieds here

The Sense gives me mixed feelings at this time. I've been looking into IHs for over 2 months so a release date in June sounded acceptable. Now they started making accessories which moves the timeline further away... People are waiting in line to buy a product that hasn't even been released, and now they spend their time on other projects. Not the best business plan if you ask me.

The German maker, well I've read that thread too...

After 2 weeks with my 21 Omni I can say that it's a great bit of kit! The 20M served me very well during the first months of quitting combustion.
Now that I'm pretty much converted, my Mighty is gathering dust. One thing that holds me from selling, is the fact that torches are just too much of a hassle. I actually enjoy my DV more inside of the house and my Mighty when out and about - exactly the opposite of what I bought them for!

Now I hate to bring up a topic that has been covered here a million times, but as you can see I'm in great need of an IH. But what's the right one for me? If the extra costs of shipping + import fee (I live in the EU) were not an issue, I'd go for a Flux Deluxe based on what I read here. I really need a device that will get me as close to the torch experience as possible: about 6 nice hits with even dark AVB and a solid buzz :)

Any recommendations?
I feel you, man. I'm in the same case. In EU, as well.
It's a real pita to vape outdoor with a torch. Hating that wind!
Did you found any good IH's over here?

That's what I'm hoping to find out :)
Again, with all the different caps and tips out there it's hard to say what will work best for me. I could only wish that the Fluxer heaters were available over here...

I'm going DIY for now, a cheap desktop IH while I'm waiting for reviews on other devices.

@Steamer I used to use Dynavap at home, and Mighty out and about, but recently I got the Sideclick battery powered heater so now it's Dynavap everywhere, all the time

At home I prefer a mains powered induction heater and I would really recommend learning to build your own with cheap parts, this way you can tune them and get the extraction you want. I prefer a more aggressive heat than typical and like to fully extract to almost black in 3 cycles. Making a heater isn't that hard, depending in how handy you are. It can be cheaper, but if you need to buy a soldering iron, drill and drill bits it might not be. I spent about £150 on mine, but that's given me enough bits to make 10 heaters, and I now have a new skill/hobby in soldering.

But if you don't want to make your own, there are some available in EU, besides the pricey official Dynatech options. Dynabox.pl is a place to look for relatively low cost wooden ones, I have not used his heater but I have a stem made by Greg which is very nice. Or there is a heater which looks a bit like an Apollo in form and function at French Touch Vaporizer which is only €69, great price but again I have not used it.

Edit to add: The Sideclick is available under different names in different places, including the Cuboo Induction Heater at verdampftnochmal.de

I mentioned over in the IH thread that I have noticed the tip side Ti collar of the new VonG gets quite warm after a couple bowls and I wondered if that might be related to my PSM (or any IH), but I am wondering now if it may alternatively be related to fewer orings in the tip allowing more heat to travel. It isn't unmanageable or anything but it is definately noticeable. Of course it might be both.

@Steamer , I have the Apollo Rover 2 and another plug in only from some french manufacturers. I use almost exclusively the Rover 2, very few times torch. Although it requires some technique like replace (or stir) the product after some draws and continue pressing it for couple secs after the click, it provides excellent. Now instead of placing a nug in a full tip, with the new omni I use half tip and grounded stuff.

A lil question about IH. If with a torch you can precisely heat from the bottom to top of the cap, can you do something similar with an IH ? Or it's just kinda like heating at high temperatures all the time and vape the bowl in 2 hits?

The french "FTV IH GO" looks good to me, just need to find some reviews to be sure..
Theres an IH called "Katalyzer Click & Go", as well.

Consider the Fluxer Flip v2 and Flite. Also VHB carbon. They are built well and perform !

I noticed the same wile using the torch lighter. The new VonG gets the hottest of my vapcaps.
The tip side collar sometimes gets too hot to handle, for my liking. And also the vapour is pretty hot when used as is. It still is my favorite VC at the moment.

George said in the "Introducing the Vong" video that the tip o-rings had been reduced from 4 to 2, so there are "fewer o-rings to wear out and replace, and fewer points of contact for heat transfer".
I was skeptical about that second claim, I thought it would probably have the opposite effect especially without the one right at the end of the stem.

I think it makes a difference if you push the tip completely in. Then the "wave" of the tip does contact the collar.
Or If you assemble correctly until the o-ring clicks in, the "wave" does not touch the collar and thus gives less heat transfer.
It still gets quite hot though.

No you cannot heat evenly top to bottom with the my IHs. Have to stir or I blow the nug off and turn it upside down or break it in parts. Now with the latest omni's tip, I load often half tip with grinded herb and I don't have to stir.

I got the IH ONE FTV to use in my office as plug-in but doesn't work as good as Apollo Rover 2, that I also own

I've just found a nice article done by a french, with a list of IH's available in EU/GB/US. (use google translate)

I still didn't found something sexy. An IH of a size of dyna stash would be really great..
Flite is the only. But the price with fees are just woah.

Thank you for your interest in my heaters. I wonl;t have any restocks soon, unfortunately. The PACT act, which went into effect on March 27, places restrictions on shipping devices like mine through USPS, and the other major shippers have copied suit. The new law is written very broadly and seems to include my heaters, even though my devices aren't intended for use with tobacco or nicotine. Sigh. The regulations will be finalized at the end of April and I'm hopeful the language will be clarified to make room for my products. I love making these and intend to be back with more heaters as soon as I'm sure it's legal for me to sell and ship them. I'm working in a message for my web site and expect to post something today or tomorrow. Thanks.

Have to say after trying the MVS and comparing it to the 2021 omni, I definitely prefer just about everything about the MVS over it. I prefer the way the mouthpiece feels and the weight to it, also the vapor is a lot smoother and tastier in my opinion.

Would definitely recommend one but at the same time I also can't say it's so much of an improvement over the omni that you everyone should upgrade. I think if you got the money and you are wondering however, then I do think it's worth it.
