Pipes seems to have managed to make a very successful series of IHs. Small runs in comparison but competitively priced. Mind you, his ones aren't assembled in china. Which reminds me........why is the Orion priced as high as it is?

Not far off, @stark1 - for every one you sell you probably need a backup for warranty. So you are buying 2 IH's but only getting one.

Yeah. "Assembled by the man himself" is definitely a large part of why I have two of @Pipes induction heaters.

I think the 21 updates are quite good and should be well received. I really do like the new VonG more the more I use it.

After a full month of pulling in the Omni exclusively, I keep telling myself I should put it away for awhile and pull the new ‘20 M back out, as it’s gotten no attention since that first ~36 hours…but I keep pulling on the Omni instead.

I’ll have to take sterner measures….

I had gotten in the habit of buying a new M whenever they came out. Because of that I have several that only come out for company. I don't sell old vapes as I guess I am a collector now, but there is no way to use them all. I have more than 10 VCs alone. Other than the new VonG most of my VC use is outta the house. I do have one on a glass stem that gets used at home as well, being mostly a water guy. Well, I guess I have another standard VonG that gets alot of home use as well.

Yeah, I'm one of them. But clearly it doesn't kick my VCs aside by any means. I like variety in life generally, and with vaporizing more specifically. There are lots of good reasons to vaporize in many different ways. Sometimes I want convection, sometimes conduction, sometimes with water and sometimes without. There are no limits to the options, and I like to avail myself of many of them.

After using just a single flame torch for a wee while now (instead of my IH’s) I can say I seem 2 get higher with a torch, and I get more even extraction, also seems 2 hit harder, the IH’s I have don’t seem 2 vape a cap evenly, vaped on outside still green on inside, torch on the other hand evenly cooks a cap 2 a dark brown. Well that’s what I found out experimenting

I've had 5+ ih, and every single ih required a different heating technique for even extraction. I use ih to clear the cap in 2 hits, I can do this with a torch to, but that requires much more patience and time and refilling butane etc

After 2 weeks with my 21 Omni I can say that it's a great bit of kit! The 20M served me very well during the first months of quitting combustion.
Now that I'm pretty much converted, my Mighty is gathering dust. One thing that holds me from selling, is the fact that torches are just too much of a hassle. I actually enjoy my DV more inside of the house and my Mighty when out and about - exactly the opposite of what I bought them for!

Now I hate to bring up a topic that has been covered here a million times, but as you can see I'm in great need of an IH. But what's the right one for me? If the extra costs of shipping + import fee (I live in the EU) were not an issue, I'd go for a Flux Deluxe based on what I read here. I really need a device that will get me as close to the torch experience as possible: about 6 nice hits with even dark AVB and a solid buzz

Any recommendations?
