Their customers service is definitely awesome! They took care of everything for me, no problem. Just holiday delays due to the mad rush is all. :)

We checked in with Inhalater yesterday and were told to expect them next week, so they will be a little late. Since we are geographically very close to Inhalater, we get next day shipping, so we will be shipping out our pre orders right away. We changed the date on our site to January 3, 2013 just to be safe, but expect to be shipping before then.

Big Thanks to everyone for your orders and support, we consider ourselves very fortunate to be a supporting member of FC and for all the kind emails we receive from members here.

Thanks for the update! ... now I think I might have to order an XP so I can compare with my standard :) ... whichever I decide not to keep will make a good trade or gift or loaner! And I'm ordering a Cera too ... oh the fun!

Would be interesting to see an XP vs. Cera comparison for dried herb usage.

We really wanted to have the FC Bubbler ready before Christmas. Should have pictures of the final product soon. The delays in getting our glass products out are because we use a highly skilled scientific glass producer. Their core business and their bread and butter is scientific glass. When they get large orders, our orders need to wait until a space in their production opens up. Year end is always the worst because companies have budgets and then realize in December that they have excess money left in their budget and either use it or lose it, so they place glass orders to stock pile parts. In January things get back to normal and we should have lots of glass goodies including the FC Bubbler.

:) I'm getting the cera, did have the INH004, so I do have some point of ref. but would gladly take a XP for research purposes.... still dreaming of the fbomb or other smaller stealthy bubs for pairing with portables. I appreciate all the dedication and hard work PV has put into customizing vape parts for us all to enjoy!! Happy and Prosperous New Year Everyone!!

I'm basically ready to order one ... just trying to work up the motivation/courage to click the button :)

I'm going to order my Cera tomorrow ... I've been working like a dog and one of my jobs I don't even want, I just can't leave my customer hanging (not really my fault ... but still). ... any income from that job is reserved for only frivolous use ... nothing that we need can be bought with it ... only stuff that we want and don't need. I haven't talked to my wife about the Cera yet, but I'll mention it tomorrow morning ... can't see an issue with it as it is exactly what the Dr. ordered for my trip to Jamaica (as I'll be able to clean it to put it in my suit case for the return flight).

My order got here today, took a bit longer than I had hoped, but given the time and that it was USPS, I'll let it slide, lol. That turbo looks like it should allow for some pretty smooth hits through my bubbler. Thanks for the chips!

I've never really felt the need for a Shorter bowl, packing less bud has always worked fine for me. You could even adjust the screen height if you really wanted to micropack your Solo.

Just wanted to say a public big thanks to PlanetVape for their amazing treatment that I got so far and also a big thanks on behalf of a bunch of friends that got serviced excellently too while shopping their first vapes! After a couple of years of mostly possitive experiences (directly or not) PV is officially NF APPROVED! :D

From Greece to Canada, I sent you guys my best wishes for the new year. May you get a lot of love, health and fun in your everyday lives!!!

When do you think you'll have the regular striaght PVHES stems back in stock? I chipped the bowl on mine (which I LOVED) and I need to buy a new one.

In the meantime I just ordered a PVHEGonG and I'm excited to try it out!

I believe they said Jan cause the glass people who blow for PV do big orders first which of course money talks so it is understandable. Since PV doesn't do the volume the glass people do the big orders first. PV said this is the busy time of year for the glass people and expect everything to go back to normal in Jan. Hope that helps.

Edit: I edited above to try to make it comprehendable...my mind can't put sentences together today.

Thanks Dreamerr! and sorry for not reading the rest of the thread in enough detail.

Considering the venue I give you an A for comprehensibility :)

Have the fine folks at PlanetVape ever considered a female jointed version of the Solo GonG stems? Oil rigs are usually closer to the ideal vapor setup than a piece designed with combustion in mind.

They offer female/female adapters to solve that issue.

I understand that, but the addition of multiple moving glass parts makes the setup less portable and more susceptible to damage.
The female joint would also provide a "bong style" mouthpiece for those of us who use the GonG stems as a direct draw instead of a water piece.

It would be a difference of a few grams, but I've never had an issue with the weight of my stems.
