I am who I am and your approval isn't needed!
Is it normal not to hear back for a couple days, after an email inquiry? Or are they usually pretty fast?

I told PV to ignore ya Tweek..... just because I wanted to see if you exploded or not :p kidding

Thanks KN. I will email them tomorrow afternoon and hopefully catch them when they are checking emails.

I can barely get off the couch, let alone muster enough energy for anger :D

Tweek,
I got my order from PV today. I'll update impressions as I use them.

The glass on the new PVHEGonG seems thicker, though they fit fairly loose. I had thought the goal was to make the stems fit tighter, but I see now that a looser fit was the goal. I've had better experience with tighter fitting stems. On the bright side, they slide very easily into the Solo, unlike my tight fitting 18mm PVHEGonG.

edit: Turbo airflow seems marginally better than normal PVHES. Turbo bowl size is (only just) slightly larger than a glass screen stem. Until the Signature Series is released, I think the Turbo screen is the best option for a PVHES. The glass screen on my stems is always the hardest part to clean. Now I can just pop a new screen in with each cleaning and q-tip the rest.

Wanted to thank PV for the fast shipping of my Solo power adapter, 18 PVHE GonG, PVHES straight and shorty. Have only had a chance to try the pa and I love it so far. My Solo runs hotter using the pa and I am able to get more hits when using concentrates now. I got some top shelf Green Cross and Skywalker OG yesterday that I will be using to break in my stems and GonG with later today.

Also wanted to thank PV for their great customer service as always. When I originally placed my order I had a discounted item that did not allow me to use the FC discount code. I subsequently cancelled that item from my order and when I got my shipping notice I saw that not only had they upgraded my shipping, they also took it upon themselves to apply the FC discount to my order. I am not sure too many other businesses would of done the same thing and I really appreciated it. They also refunded the difference to my credit card and it appeared on my account in just a few days.

You guys rock PV, and thanks for the munchies!

my 18mm PVHES GonG is very loose fitting compared to my stock stems. in my tests i have found that yes the airflow is less restricted than the stock stems but i think i also have some extra air "leakage" of some sort. i have done at least 6 0r 7 tests with my new PVHES GonG and i can not milk my bong consistently at all. at most i may get one good milking per load (and sometimes i don't get one) and it's usually, believe it or not, the very first pull after i let my solo heat up to 7 and then wait another 45 seconds for the heat to cook the entire biomass (this was PV's suggestion and wording). after that first pull i wait for the heat to regenerate (also PV's suggestion that i never had to do with my stock stems) and pull again and each pull after that my bubbler's can gets lightly foggy and thats it. with my stock stem i can milk the can consistently for at least 5 to 6 pulls before it just lightly fogs the can. Also my ABV is not coming out evenly cooked with the GonG as it does with the stock stem.

what has your experience been with your slightly loose GonG Kingofnull??

PV has answered my emails and has offered to let me send my PVHES GonG back and they said they would measure it and send me one slightly larger. i have not done it yet cause i am busy and also cause i am very poor right now. i have no idea how much it will cost to send something from NY to their part of Canada. i have never shipped internationally before and i am only assuming there is an increased cost to do it.

My ABV is usually pretty uniform, more so since the PVHEGonG came out.

The loose GonG makes it harder for me to milk smaller bongs, but it still milks really nice with the Leviathan bubbler.

I find my stock 18mm GonG milks better than my PVHEs GonG. I am also using the Leviathan bubbler.

My 18 PVHE GonG fits the tightest of all my stems. It is the only one that stays in when held upside down.

On some pieces the non-PVHE GonGs milk better for me too on some pieces. Restricted airflow = concentrated vapor for sure. But everything seems to milk on the Lev bubbler

Same.

Wow man didn't even think id get my pvhe gong today but I did and it kinda turns the solo into a whole different vape although I do still like the stock stem. Totally worth the 40$ I spent for 4 day shipping the solo now milks my 15' stemline w no problem.

Is there any way to tell a PV only stem from a Hybrid one? Or are they essentially identical?

BTW, the flavour of Doritos I got is basically my favourite Munchie ever... Get out of my mind PV :tinfoil: (imagine that's a smiling paranoid emoticon ;))

Glad you liked the munchies Frederic, you can tell a PV only stem from an Arizer hybrid by the way the turbo is made. The PV only ones have a ring around the outside where the borosilicate has been formed to create a lip for the screen inside the stem/gong.

website is down? :(
Yes, sorry about that, our host did some "upgrades" and broke the link to our database from our site. It took us 24 hours to convince them that the problem was on their end and not with our website.

It took the PVHES GonG adapter for a test ride today with the solo on 7. Clouds comparable to the, well, the cloud....although a little harsher. Exactly what I was looking for and now I too am eating french Doritos. Very Happy.
Thanks Hoops, sounds like the two made a nice combination, thanks again for sharing your experience.

Sorry Tweek, we really try hard to get back to everyone quickly, but sometimes one can slip past us. If we have not responded yet, please email us again and maybe also check your spam folder incase it went in there.

Thank you for the kind words VAPORIZER22, yes the power adapter works great with the Solo. Enjoy your new additions, glad everything worked out.

Peace and Love,

When will be the solo and power adapter available again? Do you have European power adapters?

PV, any word on whether the INH004XP will ship on the 20th as listed? The Inhalator thread says they are on schedule, but I have a feeling.... I'm not in a huge rush, just curious if you've heard anything from the manufacturer?

I heard today it was delayed from INH and won't go to vendors till Jan. From what I understand around the middle of Jan.

The only time they didn't respond to me same day, they responded a few days later apologizing because they must have somehow overlooked/missed my e-mail. Almost always same day. Talk about phenomenal customer service.

Did he post yesterday or day before that they had puter issues and very busy right now so that could be the delay.
