Hi Mr.THC Science i know your busy but i tried contacting you through your site but didnt have much luck, recently someone broke into my apartment and for god knows what reason decided to pickup my Persei head off my table. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to pay just for the head? i really loved my Persei greatest pen vape ever

Just call W9 and tell them you want to buy a replacement head.

First of thank you for the advice. I tried to do that and the lady said at first that she could do it but then she realized that it wasnt showing on her menu put me on hold then simply said she couldnt figure out how to do it and hung up on me which i felt a little bewildered by.
Mr.THC is their a way i could just buy the top i dont have the money to buy the whole kit just for the head.

Happened to me too today boss, had to call back when ordering a replacement battery spring. I think there was an issue with the line. Thought it was my cell, but maybe not?

Im not to sure about your case but in mine she defently hung up she said sorry couldnt do it and then you could hear her put the phone down since she missed at first and i heard a clang then the line went blank which i found quite rude considering her job is customer service. But im still a huge W9Tech fan and im just hoping i will be able to use my device still since i cant offered to buy a whole kit agian...The sad life of a college student

indeed. keeping things economical was one of my goals in a new vape. i wasn't crunching numbers, but i felt i was spending less money overall to stay medicated when using the omicron exclusively. i'm curious if investing in an sr71 and using that exclusively would cost me more than using & disposing of carts in the long run? does anyone have an idea of the rate of oil consumption compared to a torch/nail, sr-71, and regular w9 carts? i am still fairly new to world of concentrates so i'm still figuring things out. thanks.

The rate of consumption can be less than, equal to, or much greater than an Omi or Persei cart. It all depends on technique and demand. That's part of its beauty. Also, it pays for itself over buying carts over and over in the long run for sure.

Plus with the Hercules you can throw flowers in there, hash, oil, wax, combos of any or all of the above...etc.

I would say couds are as good as 3 ohm at 3.7v or better.

Using the blue rod, regular 14650 imr, Coil cut to 30%, and warm up time of about 15 seconds

I ordered some 14650 efest imrs test them out. See how it works.

i have the 14650 batteries. i've gathered they are many different parts to the sr-71 and ways to customize and change how it operates?? what does coil cut to 30% mean? ty

Since know one got back to me about buying the stolen part or about the lack of quality service, let me ask this Mr.THC would it be possible for me to buy the whole persei kit which i dont really need but i will deal with it for the upgrade to persei price of 140$ i own in my collection both the O-Phos and the 2.5vOmicron. Once agian know is kinda tight and i would prefure to save what i can

I have been busy dealing with a few samples that came in today.

At this time we can not just sell tops, as all we have are full units.

Currently you can purchase a Persei Kit for $159 online. It will be shipped out around the 26th if im not mistaken.

As for the rep who was helping you i will look into it. Please understand its difficult for us to just piece stuff out as we are not set up for that.

Afcource i can understand what its like running a small operation with such high expectation from your customer base(considering im a business major). By anychance would i be able to capitalize on the upgrade you used to offer for 140$?
Also i noticed that it said something is released on the 27th by any chance is that the Iris top ive been waiting for for so long???

the upgrade program isnt currently on the W9 site, but it is being offered by Planetvape.ca

Took your guys advice and just went with the upgrade program back to being broke lol... Also i have no idea what to do with the extra Persei parts but i guess if i get robbed agian i should keep them. Also is the ss kit worth the 55$?

@silvercloud358 What he said. The charger is absolutely badass. I love the LED status indicators and the fact that it shuts off automatically when the battery is fully charged.
