Ugh.. now I've got this stupid flu. Twice the nausea, for the price of one! And in 45 years, for the very first time... I discovered a VERY unpleasant sensation.

I was heading back to bed from the bathroom, when a big wave of nausea hits, at the same damn time a sneeze x 5 hit. Not fun. Also, this crap makes you uncomfortable in your own skin... and the worse part... even the thought of Vaping makes me queasy.

I just woke up after falling asleep 10 hours before I normally do and was finnally able to bring my MFLB to my lips. Oh sweet vapor! I soooo needed this. I knew I was probably going to have a small window, so its been in my pocket all day, loaded up and ready to go. Gonna go with my Vapor Brothers since its right next to me with some scent in it.... ready to turn up and take a hands free whip.

I hope it doesn't last too long for you. I'm feeling a little bit better today, and I'm not as weak. Nausea and vomiting blows, for everyone.

    Stress exacerbates nausea.
In the morning if I sit at computer to distract self from Nausea...
At this early hour, I am careful to avoid emails that appear negative or intensely mood provoking, finally learning (Damn brain injury makes me learn slowly), that I can mark it as unread and come back to it when I am "fixed".

Nausea and vertigo. Now there is a killer combo. I remember feeling as if I stepped onto a never ending high speed merry go round. Lasted for 8 hours....:bang:

I totally see where you are coming from on this vitolo, but in this case I think that we are in a situation where this is a little more "real"

I got to speak to that doctor again today, and I am very unhappy with what I have found. Cannabinoid Hyperemesis is a very real thing and I might have to choose between my favorite herb and living my life to the fullest. I am near tears right now even thinking about going without marijuana; as pathetic as that sounds; it has become such a friend to me and I never thought it could have been the root of all of my pain.

I've been doing some research and come across some things that just further cement these thoughts. God damn... what am I gonna do?

    Take a look at these:

Are you required to throw up? or can it just cause Nausea?

I literally force myself to throw up to remove the excessive acid that's built up causing me intense pain. I'm sure someone with an iron will could stop themselves but not I.

Ohhh ok I just thought that might be why I have nausea...Doctors never found out why...but I don't or rarely vomit and I don't have any abdominal pains.

    Hopefully it gets better!

Do you find you wake up in the morning with it? Or once you vomit once, you can't stop yourself until you have a hot shower and vape a bit more? That's what my symptoms were.

I've decided I need to take at least a 3 month break... probably longer. I am very unhappy; but glad I'm not dying of stomach cancer. If these symptoms go away... then the really is no way around. I'll need to give up my green friend and those friendships which revolve around it. After all the money I've spend on vapes and crap; it's a really bitter pill to swallow.

I wake up on top of the world.
    I forget the day before.
I move around, and start waking...
I sit at computer for a second.. to look at emails....
Then I feel it. a sweat on my forehead..... trembling lip.
...and I remember who I am and I recall my lot in life.
I am put in my place, and I run to the bathroom shaking.
If Patty is up she gets me to the Vape room, and I get OK.
If I remember and vape when I open my eyes it does not happen
about the 3rd hit I take, I am OK< and the morning ordeal does not go farther.
If I do not vape, it is an ordeal indeed, that will close down a good part of the morning.
I can cut that off also with a medible... candies.. if I eat them soon upon waking.
They are not fast enough if the Monster already has my scent in his target system!
    Vapor is fast~

That was beautiful Mr. V,truly moving. I don't know what the definition of "poetry" is....but in my mind you are a poet.
I hope you find some relief, and maybe have a few moments of pain-free life today.
Wish there was something I could do,I think we all do.

Holy crap! Hit me hard too today...at work, during the lunch rush.
I also spent my lunch break still feeling queasy and unable to eat anything...
Now I actually wish I was legal...woulda sneaked a quick vape session behind the building hehe

Hopefully we both get better today Vitolo! I feel your pain and I liked the poem...seemed somewhat like my morning routine, but worst since on most days I can struggle to go to work but eventually I become ok...at least ok enough to walk to work , thank god !
Don't stop fighting! You're one tough dude!

    Me before vaping :puke:

    Me after vaping

I'll never forget an acquaintance, upon hearing of my condition said: "Wow, you must be a really strong person." "Not really," I replied. "When you have a chronic illness you have 2 choices: give up and die, or fight and live. I chose to live." Keep fighting. Never give up.

    I've realized some things.

Marijuana itself is not to blame for my condition. I am. For the past 3 years I have been using it nonstop with break. My tolerance kept going up and up and just kept dosing more and more. For some reason; my body, and some others, just can't take that. I was going through like a gram and a half a day... so I need to take a break. Now I'm just taking .1 a day; and I already notice a huge increase in my condition. Hardly any nausea over the past few days. And that .1 gram is much more enjoyable than what I was feeling even a few weeks ago.

If anyone else here is in the same situation; I'd really recommend you that you give yourself a few days off and see how you feel. Of course I know that there are a lot of people who can take it; but if your nausea comes out of nowhere in the morning and only goes away from a nice hot shower, this just might be your answer.

The monster has been visiting me a lot lately. To this day I'm still impressed with how much more effective medical cannabis is managing my pain and symptoms than any other combination of pharmaceuticals I've been prescribed.
And fast. Swallow a pill and wait up to an hour for it to kick in?.

The good news: In the past month, my nausea has decreased and appetite has increased. I'm maintaining a healthy weight without consuming 1050 calories of Ensure daily. Not sure how that's happening, but that's Crohn's Disease for you.

The bad news: After a week and a half, I'm still awaiting the results of a biopsy on a suspicious looking mole. The dermatologist seemed optimistic, but I'm on pins and needles. Fortunately, I couldn't have caught it any sooner. Keep your fingers crossed.

So I started mixing my Carnation Instant Breakfast with this beautiful coconut milk (careful, brand matters here, I love this one but others . . . :\) with excellent results. Deals can be had but you must shop around, try low key restaurant supply stores like "Cash & Carry". My usual is 2 packets chocolate flavor CIB, half a can of coconut milk, a good shot of Personal Radical Shield powder to pump up the nutrition (I purchase by the kilo in bulk) thinned down with some water to desired consistency. Yummy, smooth and easy going (and staying) down :luv:

My biopsy came back negative today. This is the second cancer scare in 10 years that turned out to be a false alarm. Am I a lucky guy, or what?
